The Persian literature having quite a long history among the other world literatures is strong and rich during pre islamic periods, as in post islamic periods. Thanks to its productiveness, the Persian Literature influenced the Turkish Islamic Literature, especially through the divan literature. The most striking reason why the Persian Literature has a sound tradition is the strong relation between religion and state, especially in old Iran. This situation paved the way for the enrichment of moral literature. The strong relation between religion and state improved both the relation of religion with literature and relation of literature with religion. The cultural continuity, the common trait of all the strong civilizations, is also most apparent in Iran, which can be seen in the works of Guiandence literature. Compared to the literatures of other nations, the guidance texts or works of moral literature in Persian culture are abundant in pre islamic periods as in post islamic periods. The works in the Pre Islamic Persian Guidance literature offer recommendations on a wide variety of issues like the need for believing in the Creator, temporariness of the life of the world, worships, obedience to parents and rulers, canorousness, importance of wisdom and knowledge, vitality of family, the necessity of working and producing, eating and drinking, conversation and friendly customs, death and life after death. Pre Islamic Iran Guidance texts were influenced by the Indian and Greek, as well as Zarathustra belief.
