Stock markets perform a vital function in emerging countries because
long term capital is availed by funds from different investors who expand
their business in host countries. This process is beneficial for both sides because
investors put their surplus funds to achieve high profit. Furthermore,
this proper transaction can reverse. In order to sustain good investment, the
investors properly conceive the performance of the stock market, which
is pretty associated with the country’s economic, political, and firms’ situations.
The changes in macroeconomic variables are the most consistent
factors because macroeconomic situations are seen as starting points in
which other factors are tightly related.
