Kıyı turizmi ağırlıklı olan bölgenin içkesimlerinde farklı turizm potansiyeline sahip destinasyonlar ve bu destinasyonların sahipolduğu turistik değerler mevcuttur. Manisa destinasyonu, alternatif turizm değerleri vefarklı turizm türleri kapsamında değerlendirilebilecek birçok gastronomi değerine sahiptir.İl sınırları içerisinde yer alan ilçe, belediye ve köylerin kendi coğrafyalarına özgügastronomi unsurları bulunmaktadır. Bu yöre ve bölgelerde bulunan çiftlik, bağ, bahçe,köy, yayla gibi alanlarda; kırsal ve kültürel yaşam, yöresel köy mutfakları, yereletkinlikler, geleneksel tarım gibi miras ve değerler, çiftlik turizmi, köy turizmi, yaylaturizmi gibi turizm çeşitleri kapsamında değerlendirilebilecek gastronomik faaliyetlerbulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yapılan çeşitli çalışmaları irdeleyerek, Manisa’nınsahip olduğu gastronomi unsurlarına ve gastronomi turizm değerlerine yönelik dikkatçekmek ve bu konuda bir bakış açısı oluşturabilmektir. Ege Bölgesi genelinde ve Manisaözelinde yapılan gastronomi turizmi çalışmalarına katkı sağlamak, konu ile ilgilioluşturulan literatüre eklemelerde bulunabilmek ve öneriler getirebilmek çalışmanın önemarz eden konu başlıklarıdır.As the share of the Aegean region in the country tourism is high, the inner parts of this region are not able to benefit as much. Coastal tourism is predominant in the inner parts of the region with different tourism potential destinations and tourist attractions that these destinations are available. Manisa destination has many gastronomic values that can be evaluated within the scope of alternative tourism values and different tourism types in the world. The district, municipality and the villagers located within the provincial borders have gastronomic elements specific to their geographical area. In the areas such as farms, vineyards, gardens, villages, plateaus in these regions and regions; rural and cultural life, local village kitchens, local events, heritage and values such as traditional agriculture, farming tourism, village tourism, highland tourism. The aim of this study is to draw attention to the gastronomic elements that Manisa possesses and the values of gastronomic tourism and to create a perspective on this issue by examining the various studies made.
