Öğe Çayır üçgülünde (Trifolium pratense L.) karakterizasyon çalışmaları(Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi, 2015) Aygün, Celalettin; Olgun, MuratBu çalışmada, ülkemizin Doğu Anadolu ve Karadeniz bölgelerinden toplanan Çayır üçgülü (Trifolium pratense L.) ekotiplerinin bazı morfolojik ve fizyolojik karakterizasyonları yapılmıştır. Buna göre; ekotiplerin dendogramik gruplamasında farklılık ve benzerlik gösteren yedi grubun ve bitki karakterlerinin biplot analizinde ise altı grubun oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Bitki boyu bağımlı değişken olarak alınmış, yapılan Path analizinde bitki boyuna doğrudan ve dolaylı etkisi bulunan karakterler belirlenmiştir. Buna göre; bitki boyu ile önemli ilişkisi olduğu görülen tohum boyu, çimlenme hızı, çimlenme gücü, yaprak boyu, yaprak eni ve sap kalınlığı dikkate alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak ileri ıslaha aktarılacak ekotiplerin seçiminde bitki boyu ile ilişkisi belirlenen bazı morfolojik ve fizyolojik karakterlerin dikkate alınması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur.Öğe Determination of genotypic performances of white clover (trifolium repens L.) Collected from natural pastures(Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi, 2014) Aygün, Celalettin; Olgun, MuratThis study was conducted to fine out morphological and physiological characteristics of white clover genotypes obtained from different location of Eastern Anatolia pastures. Similarities/dissimilarities in white clover genotypes and plant characteristics’ by principle components analysis were made. Plant height as a depended variable the effect of criteria on plant height and critic the best model to calcify genotype were made in white clover. As a result, wide variations were determined in not only plant characteristics but also genotypes. This was variation in other word genetic differentiations. Genetic differentiation on genotypes in white clover could help plant selection in white clover breeding present. Study showed that white clover breeding may be based on erect and prostrate plant selection. Plant characteristics and genotypes were classified in five certain groups on plant height.Öğe Evaluation acreage, production and yield of wheat (t. Aestivum l.) by krigging method in Turkey(Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi, 2013) Olgun, Murat; Eroğan, Saffet; Kutlu, İmren; Ayter, Nazife Gözde; Başçiftçi Budak, ZekiyeThe purpose of this study was to reveal similarities and dissimilarities of provinces and to determine the potential of provinces on wheat in terms of for acreage, production and yield by using krigging method in Turkey. Wheat is the most important and strategic crop for Turkey and plays important a role in crop production, food industry and animal husbandry whether it is given greater importance in production marketing and valorization. Results revealed that, significant relationships appear between acreage, production and crop yield. Besides, climatic, topographic and soil conditions are very significant factors in determining acreage, yield and production of wheat. The use of cultivars having higher yield, more tolerance to drought cold, and have a shorter growing period allowing rapid development will increase crop, yield therefore acreage and production.
