Beliren yetişkinlikte psikolojik belirtiler ve yardım alma davranışları

The aim of this study is to examine the psychological symptoms of university students in emerging adulthood according to their psychological help-seeking behaviors. The research is a descriptive study in relational screening model. The study population of the research is young people between the ages of 18-25 who are studying at the university. The simple random method was used as the sampling method in the study. The data were obtained through the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Application and Research Center of a public university, by reaching the students studying at the university online. "Personal Information Form" and "Short Symptom Inventory" were used in the study. A total of 253 students' data were analyzed. According to the findings, it was determined that depression, hostility and total symptom levels were high in emerging adulthood. It has been determined that women and individuals who receive professional psychological support have more psychological symptoms. It has been determined that the search for psychological support differs significantly for depression and does not differ significantly according to the willingness to receive psychological support. Based on the findings of high levels of depression and hostility in young people and higher psychological symptoms in female students in the study, individual and group counseling activities can be organized by psychological counseling and guidance units at universities.
Foucault’un kavramlarını yükseköğretim araştırmalarında kullanmak

Since the second half of the last century, Michel Foucault has been one of the most critical thinkers because his works have reshaped and changed many different academic fields and disciplines. Foucault's work has been accepted as a reference for researchers from various disciplines, and his method and unique use of concepts have been utilized. Moreover, higher education studies have emerged as a different academic field since WWII. Higher education has been evaluated with a policy-based approach. Universities are examined as institutions that perform education, research, and social service functions. This article discusses how the French philosopher Michel Foucault's concepts of dispositif, knowledge, power governmentality discourse, etc. can be used in the field of higher education studies. In this study, first of all, the literature in the field of higher education studies will be reviewed from the past to the present; secondly, Foucault's method and concepts will be emphasized, and a discussion will be carried out on how these concepts can be used in higher education studies.
Genç yetişkinlerde organik gıda satın alma niyetini etkileyen faktörler: planlı davranış teorisi genişletilmiş modelinin işlevi

The study proposes an extended model of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and aims to investigate the effects of variables on organic food purchase intentions of young adult consumers. The study examines the three variables of the theory of planned behavior, namely attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and the effects of perceived benefits and perceived barriers on organic food purchase intention. The population of the research is university undergraduate students studying in the East Black Sea region in Turkey. A web-based questionnaire was applied to volunteer young adults selected using the convenience sampling method. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling and SPSS statistical program. The findings are as follows. Perceived benefits were effective on the attitude towards organic food, but not found to be effective on the purchase intention towards organic food. Perceived barriers were effective on purchase intention, but not found to be effective on attitude. The attitude was effective on purchase intention, but the subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were not found to be effective on purchase intention. The research proposes the extended theory of planned behavior in determining organic food purchase intention. The results obtained are valuable in terms of understanding the consumption behavior of young adults, which is an important market segment.
İlköğretim matematik öğretmenlerinin geometri dersinin işlenişi ile ilgili görüşleri

Geometry course is a course that students have difficulties in both learning and perceiving cognitively due to its abstract structure, and teachers have problems in the teaching process. The aim of this study is to examine primary school mathematics teachers' views on teaching geometry. The method of the research is the case study model, one of the qualitative research methods. The data collection tool in the form of semi-structured form was applied to the 16 primary school mathematics teachers in the study group formed by using the appropriate sampling method, and the collected data were analyzed with the content analysis method, one of the qualitative analysis methods. Considering the results, it was determined that the majority of the teachers had difficulties in explaining in the geometry lesson, they developed solutions using technology and concrete materials, and all of the teachers were positive and willing to use technology and concrete materials, but some teachers had a lack of technology in frastructure and material deficiencies in their schools.
Sağlık çalışanların ihbarcılık eğilimlerini belirlemeye yönelik yapılan çalışmaların sistematik derleme yöntemi ile analizi

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık çalışanlarına yönelik ihbarcılık konusunda son beş yıl içerisinde yapılan çalışmaları değerlendirmektir. Çalışmada son beş yıl içerisinde yapılmış makaleler dikkate alınmıştır. Çalışma konusunu temsil eden anahtar kelimelerle Google Akademik, EBSCO, ULAKBİM, Science Direct ve Scopus veri tabanlarının yardımıyla tarama yapılmıştır. İkincil verilerin kullanıldığı sistematik derleme çalışmasının hazırlanmasında, PRISMA yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada belirlenen kriterlere uygun 10 çalışma olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmaların ihbarcılık eğilimi, demografik değişkenlere göre ihbarcılık düzeyi ve ihbarcılık üzerinde etkili olan farklı örgütsel özellikler olarak öne çıktığı görülmüştür. Sağlık çalışanlarının genel itibariyle ihbarcılığa gönüllü oldukları ve ortalamanın üstünde değerlere sahip oldukları görülmüştür. İhbarcılığın örgütsel adalet, etik değerler gibi faktörlerden etkilendiği ve anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu saptanmıştır.
Artvin ilinde faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lere sağlanan finansal desteklerde KOSGEB’in rolü

Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeler olarak bilinen KOBİ’ler ülkenin ekonomik kalkınmasına katkı yapan ekonomik birimlerdir. KOBİ’ler, nihai tüketiciye ulaşan ürünleri üretip satmanın yanında büyük işletmelerin ihtiyaç duyduğu ara mal ihtiyacını karşılama noktasında önemli bir misyona sahiptir. KOBİ’ler günlük ihtiyaçlarının finansmanında ihtiyaç duyduğu kaynaklara ulaşma noktasında birtakım problemlerle karşılaşabilir. KOBİ’lerin finansman ihtiyacının karşılanması noktasında ülkemizde birçok kurum ve kuruluş aktif görev almaktadır. Bu kurumlardan birisi de Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeleri Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı olan ve halk arasında KOSGEB olarak bilinen kurumdur. KOSGEB, KOBİ’lerin finansal problemlerine çözüm bulmak adına faaliyette bulunan bir kamu kuruluşudur. Bu çalışmada Artvin ilinde faaliyette bulunan KOBİ’lere sağlanan desteklerde KOSGEB’in rolü incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Artvin’deki KOBİ’lere 2021 yılı içerisinde KOSGEB tarafından sağlanan finansal destekler incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda her bir destek programı kapsamında Artvin’in Türkiye’deki sıralamasına değinilmiştir. Çalışmada, Artvin’de faaliyetlerini sürdüren KOBİ’lerin sınırlı sayıda destekten faydalandığı tespit edilmiştir. Ancak Artvin kadın girişimciliğinin toplam girişimcilik içerisindeki payı anlamında ülke geneline bakıldığında 2. sırada yer almıştır. Artvin’de desteklenen girişimcilerin yarısı kadın girişimcilerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda Artvin’de faaliyetlerini sürdüren KOBİ’lerin finansal desteklerden daha fazla yararlanabilmeleri için birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.
TMS /TFRS kapsamında kripto paraların muhasebeleştirilmesi

Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle birlikte teknolojide önemli değişim ve gelişimler meydana gelmiştir. Özellikle son yıllarda internet teknolojisinde meydana gelen gelişmeler sonucu gerek ekonomik hayat gerekse de sosyal hayat önemli ölçüde etkilenmiştir. Değişen insan ihtiyaçları ve internet teknolojilerinin sağladığı imkanlar klasik değişim araçları ve transfer yöntemlerinin değişmesine neden olmuştur. Bu doğrultuda ortaya çıkan gelişmelerden bir tanesi Blokzincir olarak tercüme ettiğimiz «Blockchain» teknolojisidir. Blokchain teknolojisi yöntemiyle insanlar merkezi bir otoriteye gerek duymaksızın varlıklarını ve varlık transferlerini hızlı, güvenilir ve şeffaf bir biçimde gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Bu teknolojinin kullanılmasıyla birlikte hayatımıza giren alternatif değişim araçlarından biride kripto para birimidir. Kripto paraların kullanımındaki en önemli avantaj transferlerin elektronik ortamda gerçekleşmesi nedeniyle işlem maliyetlerinin minimum düzeyde olması, işlemlerin hızlı ve güvenilir bir biçimde gerçekleşmesidir. Bu nedenlerden dolayı günümüz dünyasında kripto paraya olan ilgi gün geçtikçe artmakla beraber kripto paranın kullanımı da yaygınlaşmıştır. Kripto para kullanımın yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte kripto paraların nasıl muhasebeleştireceği konusu da gündeme gelmiştir. Muhasebe standartları açısından da kripto paralar için herhangi bir düzenleme bulunmamaktadır. Bununla birlikte yapılan çalışmalarda kripto paraların ne tür bir varlık olarak sınıflandırılması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Yapılan bu çalışmada ilk olarak kripto paralar ile bu paraların ortaya çıkmasına neden olan blokcahin sistemine değinilmiş. Akabinde TMS/TFRS kapsamında kripto paraların ne tür bir varlık olduğu ve muhasebeleştirilmesi örnek olaylarla irdelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda spekülatif amaçlı alım-satım yapan işletmeler için kripto paraların “108 Diğer Hazır Değerler” Hesabında, kripto para işletmeciliği yapan işletmeler içinse kazım sonucunda elde edilen kripto paraların “157 Diğer Stoklar” Hesabında izlenmesinin uygun olacağı düşünülmektedir.
Şavşat-Tepeköy Geleneksel Yaşam Kültürü Müzesi ve müzede sergilenen eserler

Preserving the tangible and intangible heritage of societies that share the same landscapes, unite around common interests and values of their ingenious history, to pass it on to future generations has led to the origin of the museum concept. By providing information and raising awareness of the individual, these institutions will develop a more constructive and protective understanding, as well as support of social memory. In addition to the national museums, rural museums are also widely spread that store and exhibit the cultural values of Anatolia. These places are aimed at protecting and promoting as the same time passing on rapidly disappearing cultural values to future generation as a result of which migration from the village to the city has accelerated and along with the development of the technologies, there have changed methods of production and traditional lives in the villages. Based on similar concerns, with the support of the Artvin Life Education and Culture Association (Ayek-Der), Department for Associations of the Interior Ministry, Şavşat (Shavshat) District Governorate, Headman office of Tepeköy, Tepeköy Associations located outside of Artvin and Tepeköy residents there was found the 'Traditional Museum the living culture of Tepeköy' in 2015. Among the works donated by the villagers, most of the items exhibited in the museum were made by local craftsmen who used traditional methods in their works. There products made of wood, metal, wicker and clay including pile and flat woven carpets, socks and samples of traditional clothing are exhibited in the museum. The subject of this article is to get acquainted with the artifacts of the museum, many of which have lost their usage today, but once have been necessary at any stage of everyday life.
Öğretmenlerin iletişim becerileri üzerine bir inceleme

Communication, which takes place in all areas of life, has a great place in education. In particular, the strength of communication between teachers and students is effective in the efficient realization of education and training. Teachers' good communication skills strengthen their relationship with students; it facilitates the transfer of information, culture and social values to them. In this study, teachers' communication skills; It has been tried to determine the relationship with their gender, branch, seniority, the type of school they graduated from, their graduation status and the class level of the students. 120 8th grade students participated in the research. While determining the sample group, easily accessible case sampling, which is a purposive sampling approach, was used. “Teacher Communication Skills Scale” as a data collection tool in the research; In the qualitative part, interview forms were used. As a result of the analysis, it was found that gender, branch, the type of school they graduated from, their graduation status and the grade level of their students did not have an effect on the communication skills of the teachers; It has been determined that the communication skills of the teachers with less seniority are better than the teachers with more seniority. When the qualitative findings obtained to support the quantitative findings are examined, under the main theme of "effective communication"; Three sub-themes have been reached, namely "seeing value", "understanding" and "accompanying development".
Rusya Türklerinden Sadri Maksudi Arsal’ın Türk Milliyetçiliğine katkısı

Sadri Maksudi Arsal is a member of the Muslim-Turkish minority who was born in Kazan, which is under Russian rule. During Arsal's lifetime, the Russian government was implementing a policy of Pan-Slavism and the Russification of minorities. Under these circumstances, the Muslim-Turkish minority entered the struggle to protect their national identity. Arsal participated in the national struggle of the Muslim-Turkish minority as well. Arsal, who was elected to the Duma, defended the rights of his nation here. One of the most important activities carried out by Arsal in Russia was the establishment of the Idil-Ural autonomous administration. Arsal's interest in his nation continued when he went to Paris. He gave lectures on the history of the Turks at the Sorbonne University. In this period, Arsal followed the developments in the newly established Turkish State where the republican regime was passed. The aim of this study is to reveal the contribution of Sadri Maksudi Arsal to Turkish nationalism. The method of the study was determined as qualitative content analysis and hermeneutic approach. In this context, Arsal's works and speeches, and researches on Arsal were examined. As a result of the research, it is seen that Arsal made important contributions to Turkish nationalism. It is understood that he was one of the leading figures of the period in Turkish legal history, history of Turks, Turkish language and nationalism.
