| dc.description.abstract | Orman işletmesinin aktifini oluşturan kalemlerden biri olan arazi, hem kuruluş yeri ve hem de hammadde kaynağı ve deposu olma özelliğindedir. Orman İşletmelerinin gerek sabit ve gerekse toplam sermayeleri içinde ağaç serveti değerinden sonra ikinci sırayı arazi değeri almaktadır. Orman işletmelerinde arazi değerinin belirlenmesi, işletmelerin sahip olduğu orman değerinin ve buna bağlı olarak sermayelerinin ortaya konmasını sağladığı gibi, aynı zamanda işletmelerin ekonomik başarılarının belirlenmesinde de yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu yüzden, bu çalışmada orman işletmelerinde arazi değerinin nasıl hesaplandığı teorik ve pratik yönüyle ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuçta örnek olarak alınan iki işletmeden Artvin Devlet Orman İşletmesi’nin arazi değeri - 1 259 103 TL/ha, Ardanuç Devlet Orman İşletmesi’nin arazi değeri ise 408 194 TL/ha bulunmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The land that is one of the asset items of the forest enterprises is both an establishment space, and source and depots of raw materials for forest enterprises. Land value is second following the growing stock in fixed and total capital items. The land value helps to determine the forest value, the total capital and the economic performance on forest enterprises. This study proposes and applies a method, Faustmann formula, for calculation of the land value. In conclusion, the land value of Artvin State Forest Enterprise and Ardanuç State Forest Enterprise were found as - 1 259 103 TL/ha and 408 194 TL/ha, respectively. | |
