Özet
Peyzaj tasarımlarında oluşturulan mekânlar, gece aydınlatılmadıkları takdirde estetik görünümlerini kaybedip insanlarda tedirginlik, gerginlik gibi olumsuz duygular uyandırabilmektedir. Mekânların gece de kullanımlarının sağlanabilmesi ve mekânlarda oluşturulan görsel güzelliklerin devamının sürdürülebilmesi için doğru ve yerinde aydınlatma oldukça önemlidir. Peyzaj tasarımında aydınlatma sadece alanın görünmesini sağlamak için yapılmamalı, aynı zamanda mekânın mimari özelliklerinin, biçimlenişinin ve işlevinin ortaya çıkmasını sağlayacak biçimde uygulanmalıdır. Oluşturulmak istenen etkilere göre ışığın yönünün, yerinin, miktarının ve sayısının belirlenmesi ve tüm bunlar belirlendikten sonra amaca uygun tekniklerin kullanılması istenilen aydınlatma tasarımının oluşturulmasında son derece önemlidir. Ülkemizde bu alanda yapılan çalışmaların kısıtlı sayıda olması ve ilgilenenlerin bu konuda yaptıkları hataları bir nebze olsun giderebilme düşüncesi bizi bu çalışmayı yapmaya yönlendirmiştir.
Places constituted in landscape designs can lose their aesthetic view and awaken negative senses such as tenseness, apprehension, when they aren’t made the suitable lighting design at night. Suitable and correct lighting is very important because people use outdoor activities at night too and appearance of outdoor and architecture can be revealed again with a mystical effect using various techniques by the help of lighting. Artificial lighting in landscape design does not only make the outdoor safe but also occurs aesthetic and function and suitable architectural conception. The location, direction, quantity of light and suitable lighting technique must be determined depending on the aim of lighting or the desired effect of lighting. Because of the insufficient number of the studies and the deficiency of the people who are interested in this field in our country we have decided to study in this field.
