| dc.description.abstract | Ülkemizde meydana gelen depremler Elazığ ilini de ciddi şekilde etkileyerek birçok eğitim kurumunun ağır hasar görmesine ve yıkılmasına yol açmıştır. Bu durum, yeni yapılacak okul alanlarının daha uygun ve güvenli yerlerde inşa edilmesi gerekliliğini bir kez daha gündeme getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, çalışma alanı için 15 uygun kriter belirlenerek Elazığ İli Merkez İlçesi için en uygun okul alanlarının tespit edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada, ÇKKV (Çok Kriterli Karar Verme)yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi (AHY) kullanılarak belirlenen kriterlerin ağırlıkları hesaplanmıştır. Ağırlık değerlerine göre, nüfus(%19), mevcut okullara yakınlık(%16) ve dere yataklarına uzaklık(%13) kriterleri toplam ağırlığın yaklaşık yarısını oluşturarak en etkili faktörler olurken, yüksek basınçlı doğalgaz hattına uzaklık(%1) ve yönlenme(%1) en az etkili kriterler arasında yer almıştır. CBS yardımıyla oluşturulan kriter haritaları kullanılarak ağırlıklı çakıştırma analizi gerçekleştirilmiş ve uygunluk haritaları elde edilmiştir. Bu haritalar aracılığıyla en uygun okul alanları tespit edilmiş, ayrıca mevcut okul alanlarının uygunluk durumları değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre, çalışma alanının %95,93’ü uygun olmayan alanlar, %2,02’si az uygun alanlar, %1,99’u uygun alanlar ve %0,05’i çok uygun alanlar olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler, gelecekte okul planlaması ve yer seçiminde yol gösterici olabilecek niteliktedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The earthquakes that occurred in our country seriously affected Elazığ province and caused many educational institutions to be severely damaged and destroyed. This situation has once again brought to the agenda the necessity of building new school areas in more suitable and safe places. In this study, it is aimed to determine the most suitable school areas for the Central District of Elazığ Province by determining 15 appropriate criteria for the study area. In the study, the weights of the criteria were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), one of the MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) methods. According to the weight values, population (19%), proximity to existing schools (16%) and distance to stream beds (13%) were the most influential factors, accounting for about half of the total weight, while distance to high pressure natural gas line (1%) and orientation (1%) were among the least influential criteria. Weighted overlapping analysis was performed using the criteria maps created with the help of GIS and suitability maps were obtained. Through these maps, the most suitable school areas were identified and the suitability status of the existing school areas was evaluated. According to the results, 95.93% of the study area was classified as unsuitable areas, 2.02% as less suitable areas, 1.99% as suitable areas and 0.05% as very suitable areas. The data obtained as a result of the study can guide school planning and site selection in the future. | |
