| dc.description.abstract | Endüstri devrimiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan sanayi yapı ve alanları toplum yaşamını derinden etkilemiştir. Endüstri yapıları, sadece ekonomik değil, sanayi kültürünün tarihsel, teknolojik, sosyal, mimari veya bilimsel değere sahip bileşenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Endüstri mirası yalnızca üretim mekânı olan yapılar değil, bu üretim süreçlerinin günümüze ulaşan verileri ve yeni teknolojileri ile sosyal ve mühendislik başarıları içermektedir. Bu Çalışmada Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesine çok önemli sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel, fiziksel katkılar sunan Çay fabrikalarının mimari özellikleri ve endüstri miras değeri değerlendirilmektedir. Çay fabrikalarına ilişkin daha önce yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında tarım ve ekonomi alanında yoğunlaştığı görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın mimarlık alanında literatüre katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Çalışmada, öncelikle literatür ve arşiv çalışmaları yapılmış; arşivden elde edilen mimari çizimler dijital ortamda yeniden çizilmiştir. Fabrikanın mekânsal organizasyonunun oluşumunda, hammaddenin ürüne dönüşmesi süreçlerinin etkileri ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca fabrika çalışanlarının anlatımları doğrultusunda, toplumun sosyal ve kültürel yapısına olan etkileri ve yarattığı toplumsal bellek değeri ortaya konulmuştur. Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarında sanayileşme ve modernleşme hareketlerinin Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesindeki ilk adımları olan çay fabrikaları önemli bir miras değeridir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Industrial structures consist of components of industrial culture that have not only economic but also historical, technological, social, architectural, or scientific value. Industrial heritage includes not only structures that are production spaces, but also the surviving data of these production processes, new technologies, and social and engineering achievements. Tea factories, which were the first steps of industrialization and modernization movements in the Eastern Black Sea Region in the early years of the Republic, are also an important heritage value that reflects this. In this study, the architectural features and industrial heritage value of tea factories, which provide very important social, economic, cultural, and physical contributions to the Eastern Black Sea Region, are evaluated. When we look at the previous studies on tea factories, we see that they are concentrated in the fields of agriculture and economy. In this context, it is thought that the study will contribute to the literature in the field of architecture. In the study, primarily literature and archive studies were carried out; Architectural drawings obtained from the archive were redrawn digitally. In addition, in line with the expressions of tea factory employees, its effects on the social and cultural structure of the society and the social memory value it created were revealed. | |
