Özet
Bir ülkede düzgün işleyen bir muhasebe sisteminin olması ekonomi-lerin temelini oluşturan işletmelerin verimli çalışmasını ve dolayısıyla ülke ekonomisinin sağlıklı işlemesini etkilemektedir. Muhasebe sis-teminin düzgün işlemesi de bu sistemi işleten meslek mensuplarına bağlıdır. Çünkü meslek mensuplarının yaşadıkları sorunlar üretilen bilginin kalitesini etkilemektedir. Meslek mensuplarının kendi mes-lektaşları, hizmet verdikleri müşteriler, devlet ve çalıştırdıkları per-sonelden kaynaklanan birçok sorunları bulunmaktadır. Diğer taraftan, kadın ya da erkek olmak sebebiyle toplumun bireylere atfettiği roller olarak tanımlanan toplumsal cinsiyetten kaynaklanan sorunlar her iş-gücü piyasasında olduğu gibi meslek mensuplarını da etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlerin sorunla-rını araştırmak ve bu sorunların cinsiyet yönünden karşılaştırılmasını yapmaktır. Çalışmada detaylı literatür taraması yapıldıktan sonra muhasebe mesleğinin sorunları tespit edilmiş, Artvin ile Rize illerinde bağımsız ve faal olarak çalışan serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlere uygulanan anket sonucuna göre meslek mensuplarının sorunları cin-siyet yönünden karşılaştırılmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonu-cuna göre serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlerin müşterileri ile ilgili sorunlarında cinsiyetler arasında anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Fakat meslektaşlar, kamu kurumları, personel ve iş yoğunluğu sorunlarında cinsiyetler arasında kısmen anlamlı fark olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The existence of a properly functioning accounting system in a co-untry affects the efficient operation of companies constituenting the basis of the economy and therefore the healthy operation of the co-untry's economy. The proper functioning of the accounting system also depends on the accounting professionals who are operating this system. Because the problems experienced by members of the profes-sion affect the quality of the produced knowledge. The accountants have many problems that arise from their colleagues, the customers they serve, the state and the staff they employ. On the other hand, problems arising from gender, defined as roles attributed to individu-als by the society as a result of being man or woman, affect the mem-bers of the accountants as well as every labor market. The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of independent accountants financial advisors and to compare these problems in terms of gender. After the detailed literature search in the study, the problems of the accounting profession were determined, according to the questionna-ire applied to accounting professionals who work independently and actively in Artvin and Rize provinces, the problems of members of the profession were analyzed in terms of gender. According to the results of the analysis, there was no significant difference between the gen-ders in the problems related to the customers of the professionals ac-countant. But it was determined that there is partly a significant diffe-rence between the genders in problems of colleagues, public instituti-ons, personnel and work intensity.
