Özet
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti (T.C) kurulur- ken kendini her alanda güçlü kılacak temelleri bünyesine almak istemiştir. Bunun için kendisine ‘batılılaşma’- ‘modernleşme’ denilebilecek bir fel- sefe benimsemiştir. Aynı felsefe kısmî olarak Osmanlı’da da denenmiştir. Modernleşmenin, eğitim, sağlık, sanat olarak, üç temeli olduğu kabul edil- mektedir. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu ken- dini yeniden güçlendirmek arayış- larını bu üç alanda denemiştir. Ancak başarısızlığının sebebi, atılan her adı- mın kısmicî ve ikici bir nitelik taşıma- sıdır. Biz bu çalışmada, Osmanlı’da klasik Batı müziği, opera, bale, tiyatro dallarının Osmanlı modernleşmesine katkısını incelemeyi amaçlıyoruz. Bunu yaparken Louis Althusser’in gö- rüşlerini temel alacağız.
Turkish Republic while was being fo- unding wanted the basises which make herself powerfull in every ?eld. For this , she has adopted a philo- sophy may called ‘westranization’- ‘modernization’. Also the same tho- ught was tried in the Ottoman Empire in partial. It is accepted that moderni- zation has three basises as education, health and art. The Ottoman Empire tried herself in these three ?elds to re- powered. But, the reason of the failure was being partial and dualistic quali- ?cition.of the every step which was taken. In this study we aim to the con- tribution of the western classical music, opera, balet, theatre branches to the Ottoman modernization. While doing this we are going to take the ideas of Louis Althusser as base
