dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın temel konusunu maden işçilerinin iş ve iş dışı yaşamlarının psikososyo-ekonomik açıdan incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda maden işçiliğinin işçilerin sosyo-ekonomik durumuna, günlük ve sosyal yaşamlarına, aile ilişkilerine etkisi irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca sosyo-ekonomik durumlarının ve iş hayatının genel anlamda tatmin edici olup olmadığı anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla Murgul Maden Ocağı’nda çalışan 9 işçi ile nitel görüşme yapılarak verilere ulaşılmış ve bu veriler analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda maden ocağının bölge insanına önemli bir iş imkânı sunduğu ve bölgeyi ekonomik ve sosyal açıdan kısmen de olsa canlı tuttuğu, işçilerin sosyal ilişkilerinin çalışma koşullarından ciddi anlamda etkilendiği, günlük yaşamlarının genel olarak ev ve iş arasında şekillendiği, iş kazaları ve iş kazası risklerinin, uyku ve vardiya problemlerinin psikolojik açıdan yaşamlarını etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe main subject of this study is the psycho-socio-economic examination of the mine workers' work and non-work life. In this respect, the effects of mining work on the socio-economic status of the workers, their daily and social lives, family relations were examined. In addition, it has been tried to understand whether socio-economic conditions and business life are generally satisfactory. For this purpose, qualitative interviews were made with 9 workers working in Murgul Mine and the data were reached and analyzed. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the mine provided an important job opportunity to the people of the region and kept the region alive, albeit partially from the economic and social point of view; It has been found that sleep and shift problems affect psychological life.
