Özet
İşletmenin iktisat kuramıyla olan bağıntısı göz ardı edilemez. Günümüzde işletmelerin yenilikçi bir anlayışla yönetilmelerini sağlamak için iktisat özellikle iktisadi büyüme ile ilgili sorulara doğru cevaplar vermelidir. İktisadın bu soruya doğru cevap vermesi ise başta tanımının sorgulanmasını gerekli kılar . İktisadın tanımının içinde yer alan sorun, heteredoks-ortodoks bakış açısının çatışmasının bir yansımasıdır.Biz bu çalışmada neo-klasik iktisadın egemen olduğu iktisat tanımına getirilen eleştirileri heteredoks-ortodoks iktisat ikileminden bakarak irdeleyeceğiz. Bunu yaparken, iktisadi büyüme kavramının yardımıyla teknolojinin bir işletmenin gelişmesi, büyümesi, rekabetçi bir yapıya kavuşması üzerindeki etki süreçlerini iktisat-işletme bağını göz önünde tutarak irdelemeye çalışacağız. Sonuç olarak, iktisat biliminin tanımındaki sorun giderilebilirse 'yenilikçi bir işletme' anlayışı doğabilir. Yenilikçi bir işletme ise, piyasada daha aktif, rekabet gücü yüksek firmalar yaratmakla kalmaz aynı zamanda alım gücü yüksek müşteriler yaratarak piyasa koşullarını daha olumlu kılar.
The connection between management and econornics can't be ignored. Economics is necessary to given right answers especially about economic growth to provide an innovative apprehension will . be applied to administer in firms today. At first, it is necessary to qestionized the description of economics because of if economics will be given right answer to this question. The problem which is obtained in the description of economics is areflexion to the conflict of the vision in heteredox orthodox economics. in this study, we will examine the critiques which are brougth to neo classical economics dominating to the description to economics, looking the dilemma of heteredox orthodox economics vision. While doing this, we will consider that the connection between economics-management by helping of economic growth which is important to the process of to progress, to extend and to obtain a competetive structure by the mediaiton of technology of a plant. Consequently, if the problem in the description of economics can be solved, 'an innovator fırın' apprehension can be rised. Ari innovator fırın will be create not only much more active, ınuch more competetive fırms in the market, but also creating clients who have much more purchasing power • which ali of these make the condition of the market will be more positive. •
