dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; Pleurotus ostreatus, P. sajor-caju ve P. florida’nın; bazı tarımsal ve endüstriyel atıklar üzerinde kültüre alınma olanakları araştırılmıştır. Ana kültürlerin çoğaltılmasında; %2.0 malt-ekstrakt agar, tohumluk misel (spawn) üretiminde buğday taneleri, kültür ortamında ise; yonca sapı (Y), ceviz kabuğu atıkları (C) ve şeker pancarı posası (Ş) kullanılmıştır. Farklı atıklar üzerinde P. ostreatus, P. sajorcaju ve P. florida'nın misel gelişim süreleri; 10.3-15.3 gün, primordium oluşum süreleri 22.0-71.3 gün, hasat süreleri 27.7-80.0 gün ve toplam verim miktarları 27.3-42.7 g/100 g olarak gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; Pleurotus spp. yetiştiriciliğinde verim bakımından Y-Ş ortamının, diğer kompost ortamlarına göre daha uygun olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe present study was to investigate the possibility of the cultivation of P. ostreatus, P. sajor-caju, P. florida were researched. For the propagation of the main culture, 2.0% malt-extract agar was used whereas wheat grains were used for the propagation of spawn, and also clover stalk (C), walnut husk waste (W) and sugar beet pulp (S) were used as culture media. The mycelium growing days, primordial initiation days, harvest periods and yield of P. ostreatus, P. sajor-caju and P. florida grown on different agro-wastes were observed to be 10.3-15.3 days, 22.0-71.3 days, 27.7-80.0 days, 27.3-42.7 g/100 g and 48.0-85.2 %, respectively. In conclusion, we understood that for the growing of Pleurotus spp. the C-S medium is more suitable compared with compost medium in the way of yield.
