dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’ndeki odun işleyen firmaların endüstriyel odun ham madde temin süreci ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adıyaman, Kilis ve Mardin illerinde faaliyet gösteren ilgili firmalar ziyaret edilerek yüz yüze görüşmeye dayalı anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket çalışması ile firmaların mevcut durumu, ham madde temin süreçleri ile ham madde temininde devlet orman işletmeleri ile olan ilişkileri ve yaşadıkları sorunlar ortaya konmuştur. Böylece Orman Genel Müdürlüğü ve bağlı devlet orman işletmelerinin müşteri talep ve beklentileri doğrultusunda yeni pazarlama stratejileri oluşturabilmelerine veya mevcut pazarlama stratejilerine katkı sağlayacak bir bilgi birikimi elde edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, industrial wood raw material procurement process of the firms operating in the Southeastern Anatolia Region was examined. For this purpose, the related firms operating in the provinces (Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adıyaman, Kilis and Mardin) were visited and face-to-face interviewing was conducted. Through the questionnaire, the current situation of the firms, the raw material procurement processes, the relations with the state forest enterprises in the supply of raw materials and the problems they have experienced are revealed. Thus, the General Directorate of Forestry and its state forestry enterprises have been provided with information to contribute to the development of new marketing strategies in line with customer demands and expectations.
