dc.description.abstract1780 Numarlı Samsun Şer'yye Sicili'nin Transkripsiyonu ve Degelendirmesi Bir milletin geçmişe sahip olması ne kadar önemliyse, tarihini iyi anlayıp değerlendirmesi ve onu anlatabilmesi de o kadar önemlidir. Bir milletin tarihini iyi anlayıp değerlendirmesi için tarihçilere büyük sorumluluklar düşmektedir. Tarihi anlamanın en iyi yolu, birinci elden sahip olduğumuz kaynakları inceleyip değerlendirmektir. Osmanlı tarihinin birinci elden kaynaklarından biri de şer'iyye mahkemelerinde tutulmuş olan şer'iyye sicil defterleridir. Kadı sicilleri, kadı divanı, mahkeme kayıtları, sicillât-ı şer'iyye ve yaygın kullanımı ile şer'iyye sicilleri denilen bu defterler kadı yahut nâibi tarafından tutulmakta ve çeşitli türden belgeleri içermektedir. Osmanlı Devleti'nde merkezde ve taşrada her tabakadan insanlar arasındaki hukukî ilişkilere dair kayıtları içeren bu defterler Osmanlı hayatının aile, toplum, ekonomi ve hukuk gibi birçok alanına dair önemli bilgiler içerir. Bu çalışmada 1780 numaralı şer'iyye sicil'i defteri'nin (02.-75.) Sayfaları transkrip edilip değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çeviri yapılan hükümlerin tarihleri H.1300-1303 M.1882-1883/1885-1886'dir. Bu tarihlerde Osmanlı Devleti'nde dağılma dönemi yaşanmaktadır. 1780 Numaralı şer'iyye sicil'i defteri, 27. Osmanlı Sultanı II. Abdülhamit'in (1876-1909) saltanatı döneminin siyasi, askeri, idari ve toplumsal olaylarını ele alan çalışmalar için kaynak teşkil etmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmanın daha önce yapılan alışmalarla birlikte Samsun şehrinin tarihine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractTRANSCRIPTION AND EVALUATION OF THE 1780 SAMSUN SHERIYE REGISTRY Just as it is important for a nation to have a past, it is also important to understand and evaluate its history well and to tell it. Historians have great responsibilities to understand and evaluate a nation's history well. The best way to understand history is to study and evaluate the resources we have firsthand. One of the primary sources of Ottoman history is the Shari'iyye registry books kept in the Sharia courts in the regions. These books, which are called Kadi Registers, Kadi Divan, Court Records, Sicillât-ı Sha'iyye and Shari'iyye Registers with their widespread use, are kept by Kadi or Nâibi and contain various kinds of documents. These notebooks, which contain records on the legal relations between people from all layers in the center and the provinces of the Ottoman Empire, contain important information about many areas of Ottoman life such as family, society, economy and law. In this study, the pages (02.-75.) Of the Shari'iyye registry book numbered 1780 were transcribed and evaluated. The translated provisions date h.1300-1303 m.1882-1883/1885-1886. During these dates, there is a period of dissolution in the Ottoman Empire. Shari'iyye registry book numbered 1780, 27. Ottoman Sultan II. It constitutes a source for studies dealing with the political, military, administrative and social events of the reign of Abdülhamit (1876-1909). It is thought that this study will contribute to the history of Samsun city with the previous exercises.
