| dc.description.abstract | Peyzaj tasarımlarının en önemli materyali olan bitkiler, estetik ve fonksiyonel amaçlarla farklı mekanlara farklı anlamlar ve fonksiyonlar katmaktadır. Bitkisel peyzaj tasarımlarında bitkilerin estetik özelliklerinin başında ise renk ve form gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada, çınar ve sığla türlerinin peyzaj mimarlığı bölümü öğrencileri tarafından bitkisel tasarımda renk ve form açısından nasıl değerlendirildikleri, 4 farklı sınıfta alınan mesleki bilgi ve deneyimlerin öğrenci tercihlerindeki yeri incelenmiştir. Öğrencilerinden, her iki türün form ve renk özelliklerini gösteren ve sonbahar ve ilkbahar mevsimlerine ait fotoğrafları değerlendirmeleri istenmiş; peyzaj mimarlığı bölümü öğrencilerinin farklı sınıflarda olma durumlarına göre tercihleri arasındaki farklılıklar ortaya çıktığı, bu farklılıkların öğrencilerin bitkileri tanımaya ve türlerin bitkisel tasarımda kullanımlarına yönelik dersleri almalarından kaynaklandığı ve sınıflarla tercihler arasında istatistiksel anlamda da önemli bir ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Plants are important elements in landscape design and add to different aesthetic and functional properties to spaces. Color and form are the most important and prior aesthetic properties of the plants that play greater role in plant related landscape designs. In this study, perception of Oriental Plane and Turkish Sweet gum trees by landscape architecture students was evaluated as well as the role of professional knowledge and experiences of the students in their perceptions that they have gain in 4 different classes during their education. Students were asked to assess the photos of two tree species taken in autumn and spring showing their forms and colors. Accordingly there were differences between perceptions of landscape architecture students and their state of being different classes which relates to their built knowledge on identifying plants and their use in planting design which also shown by statistical significance between lectures that the students were taken and perception they made. | |
