Planlama ve tasarım süreçleri bağlamında çocuk oyun alanlarına ilişkin temel kalite kriterlerinin belirlenmesi

Özet
Çocuk gelişiminde önemli roller üstlenen çocuk oyun alanlarının doğru planlanması ve tasarımı bu gelişimin olumlu yönde olmasını destekleyen unsurlar arasındadır. Bu çalışmada literatürdeki veriler ve uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda belirlenen temel kriterlerin (11 planlama ve 5 tasarım kriteri) etki dereceleri Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi (AHP) kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmenin sonucunda yeterli ve kaliteli bir çocuk oyun alanının planlanması ve tasarlanması süreçlerine dair en etkili kriterler güvenlik (KP7) ve oyun elemanlarının malzemesi (KT4) olarak bulunmuştur. Alt kriterlerin değerlendirilmesinde ise çocuk oyun alanlarının park içinde konumlanması ve engelli erişiminin var olması planlama süreci için en önemli alt kriterler olurken tasarım süreci içinse çocuk oyun alanlarında kullanılan donatıların işlevsel+estetik özelliklere sahip olması ve kullanılacak olan modüler sistem oyun elemanlarının yanı sıra ekolojik öğelerle birlikte tasarlanmasının olduğu görülmektedir. Sonuçta mevcut ve yeni yapılacak çocuk oyun alanları için yeterlilik ve kaliteyi geliştirmeye yönelik bazı öneriler getirilmiştir.
Correct design and planning of the playgrounds which have important roles for child development is one of the supporting element for this process positively. In this study the importance level of 11 planning and 5 design criteria from literature determined with using AHP method. Also sub-criteria which is related with each planning and design criteria is evaluated by expert group. Results showed that while security (KP7) was the most important planning criteria, playground equipment materials (KT4) was found the most important design criteria. While the playgrounds position in the park and access for disability was the most important planning sub criteria, equipment used in playgrounds which have functional, aesthetic as well as ecological features as design sub criteria. Consequently, some suggestions were given current and future improve for the playground quality
