Özet
Klasik Türk Edebiyatında Hz. Peygamber’i medheden ve onun mucizelerinden, özellikle mi’râc hadisesinden bahseden şiirler büyük bir yekûn oluşturmaktadır. Sözlüklerde yükselmek, yukarı çıkmak anlamına gelen mi’râc, terim olarak Hz. Peygamber’in semaya yükselerek Allah’ın huzuruna çıkışını ifade eder. Hz. Peygamber’in en önemli mucizelerinden biri olan mirâc hadisesi, Klasik Türk Edebiyatında mi’râciyye veya mi’râc-name başlığı altında işlenmiştir. Bu konuda manzum ve mensur birçok müstakil eser kaleme alınmakla birlikte bazı mesnevilerde ve mürettep divanların başlarında mi’râc mucizesinin anlatıldığı bölümlere de yer verilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber’i merkeze alarak şekillenen bu tür eserler, halk tarafından da benimsenmiş ve yüzyıllar boyunca büyük bir beğeniyle okunmuştur. Klasik Türk edebiyatı şairleri, Hz. Peygamber’i şiirlerine konu edinmeyi ve ondan bahsederek sözlerini onunla yüceltmeyi bir gereklilik olarak görmüşlerdir. Mehmed Fevzî Efendi de Hz. Peygamber için yazdığı na’tlardan oluşan bir divan tertip etmesi ve yine onun bazı mucizelerini nazmen ifade etmesi yönüyle bu gerekliliği yerine getirmiştir. Yaşadığı dönemde divan şiiri geleneğinin 19. yüzyıldaki bir temsilcisi ve devamı gibi görünen ve o dönemin önemli âlim ve şairlerinden olan Mehmed Fevzî, Kudsiyyü’s-Sirâc fî Nazmi’l-Mi’râc adlı eserinde Hz. Peygamber’in Mi’râc mucizesini ele almıştır. Yüz seksen üç beyitten oluşan bu eser, mesnevi nazım şekliyle kaleme alınmış ve eserde aruz vezni kullanılmıştır. Bu makalede yaşadığı dönemde bir din âlimi hem de bir şair olarak tanınan Mehmed Fevzî ve Kudsiyyü’s-Sirâc fî Nazmi’l-Mi’râc adlı eseri üzerinde durulacaktır.
The Classic Turkish Literature includes a wide variety of poems praising the Prophet Muhammad and his miracles, particulary the ascension (mi’raj). The lexical meaning of ascension is to rise and to ascend. As a term it is a night journey (isra’), that the prophet Muhammad took during a single night around 621 according to Islamic tradition. During this journey the prophet Muhammad ascended through the heavens, met with prophets and angels, conversed with God, and visited heaven and hell. The Ascension (mi’raj) is one of the most important miracles of the Prophet Muhammed. The Classic Turkish Literature presents numerous prose and verse texts about the ascension (mi’raj). These texts are called Mi’rajname and Mi’rajiyya. Some masnavis and divans also have a chapter about the ascension (mi’raj). The Ascension texts embarked on and read by Turkish people for centuries. Writing poems about the prophet Muhammad and refering to him in their works were essential for the poets of Classical Turkish Literature. As a part of this tradition Mehmed Fevzî Efendi wrote a Divan that composed poems about the prophet Muhammed and refered to his miracles in his works. He also wrote a book using aruz prosody and masnavi verse by title Kudsiyyü’s-Sirâc fî Nazmi’l-Mi’râc about the ascension (mi’raj) which consisted of one hundred eighty three couplets. The aim of this article is to study Mehmed Fevzi Ffendi, who is known in his era as a poet and religious scholar and his work Kudsiyyü’s-Sirâc fî Nazmi’l-Mi’râc.
