Özet
Political and social pressures are considered as significant reasons that force societies to migrate along with globalization, wars, economic problems. After 1990 millions of people had to migrate through the wars in the Middle East countries. Migrants had to live as refugees or asylum seekers in the countries they visited. The civil war that broke out in our border of Iraq and Syria caused people to migrate to our country and these people have been hosted in our country. Some of these people settled in camps and most of them have started to live in all parts of the country. Turkey has not kept schtum to this humanitarian drama that has been experienced through the 21st century. Therefore, Turkey has hosted millions of foreign nationals with our open border application and have taken them under its protection. This situation has caused various problems in Turkey and the most important of these problems is the education problem of the refugee children. State and Non-governmental organizations in our country have cooperated and proposed solutions for the education issue of foreign children and the foreign students have been offered education opportunities in temporary education centers and schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MoNE). In a broad sense, inclusive education encompasses all disadvantaged children and is closely concerned with the provision of the right to education to these children. In this process, one of the most important priorities of our government has been to actively involve foreign students through their education age in the education system. The aim of this study is to contribute to the field by demonstrating in depth how children from different cultures, different societies and different regions in inclusive education enable them to participate in education in the best way and in this sense, how they equally benefit from all educational opportunities.
