dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; Tekirdağ ilinde mevcut olan ağaç/mobilya endüstrsinde iş/üretim/işçi sağlığı analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 10 iş yerinden toplam 130 çalışanla (işverende dahil) görüşülmüştür. Ahşap sanayinde çalışan kişilerin %13,07'si iş kazasına uğradağı ve % 4,61'inin meslek hastalığına yakalandığı tespit edilmiştir. Ankete katılan kişilerin çalışmayla ilgili bakanlığın (ÇSGB) iş/işçi sağlığı kavramı ve kurallar dizininden ancak %12,3'ünün hiç bilgisi olmadığı %17,69'unun kısmi bilgiye haiz bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışma verileri çalışanların bilinçsizliği, mesleki eğitim ve tecrübe eksikliği, acelecilik, stres, çalışanların kişisel sorunları, çalışanların iş yeri ile ilgili sorunları iş kazalarının sebeplerinden olduğu, iş ortamında oluşabilecek kaza/hastalıkları önlemenin yolu ise iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini işletmelerde bir kültür haline getirmekle önlenebileceği ortaya çıkmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, Occupational health and safety analysis was carried out in the enterprises producing wood and furniture in the province of Tekirdag. In the scope of the study, 130 employees (including employer) were interviewed from 10 job sites selected by chance sampling method. It was found that 13.07% of workers in the wood and furniture sector were exposed to accidents and 4.61% were occupationally ill. It was determined that 12.3% of the survey participants had no knowledge about the rules to be complied with the occupational health and safety measures of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and 17.69% were partially informed. According to a study that unconsciousness of employees, lack of vocational education and experience, rush, stress, personal problems of employees, employees workplace issues are reasons of the business accidents and this problem can be prevented by making occupational health and safety as a culture in enterprises.
