Özet
Bu çalışma Van İlinde yapılan ağaçlandırma çalışmalarını değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmış olup Van Orman İşletme Müdürlüğünün yapmış olduğu ağaçlandırma çalışmalarının değerleri kullanılmıştır. Van ilinde yapılan ağaçlandırma çalışmalarında farklı yıllarda toplam 682.354 adet fidan toprakla buluşturulmuştur. Çalışmalarda Ardıç, Huş, Alıç, Ahlat, İğde, Sarıçam, Badem, Akçaağaç Dışbudak, Karaçam, Ceviz, Sedir, Akasya, Mahlep ve Kuşburnu fidan türleri kullanılmış olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Saha da yapılan gözlemler neticesinde diğer türlere göre daha başarılı olduğu tespit edilen tür Van Akdamar adasında da doğal olarak bulunan Badem türüdür. Badem diğer türlere göre hem başarı oranı hem de büyüme performansı yönünden oldukça fark yaratmaktadır. Ayrıca yapılan çalışmaların başarıya ulaşması durumunda yöre halkına güçlü bir ekonomik kazanç sağlayacağı ön görülmektedir.
This study was carried out in order to evaluate the afforestation works carried out in the province of Van and the values of the afforestation studies carried out by the Van Orman İşletme Müdürlüğü were used. A total of 682,354 saplings were brought together with the soil in different years during the afforestation works carried out in Van. In the studies, it was determined that Juniper, Birch, Hawthorn, Ahlat, Iğde, Scotch Pine, Almond, Maple , Larch, Walnut, Cedar, Acacia, Mahlep and Rosehip sapling types were used. As a result of the observations made in the field, the species that was determined to be more successful than the other species is the almond species naturally found on the island of Van Akdamar. Almond makes quite a difference in terms of both success rate and growth performance compared to other types. In addition, if the studies are successful, it is foreseen that it will provide a strong economic gain to the local people.
