dc.description.abstractSAKARYA İLİ GEYVE İLÇESİ ESKİYAYLA YÖRESİNDEKİ DOĞU KAYINI (Fagus orientalis Lipsky.) MEŞÇERELERİNİN TOHUM VERİMİ VE ÇİMLENME ORANI Bu çalışma, Geyve İlçesi Eskiyayla ormanlarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gençleştirmeye konu bir doğu kayını meşceresinde bol tohum yılında ağaçların üretip meşcereye dağıttığı tohum miktarının ve tohum kalitesinin tespit edilmesi çalışmanın ilk amacıdır. İkinci amacı ise dağılan tohumlardan ne kadar gençlik oluştuğu ve bu gençliklerin zamana göre yaşama yüzdelerinin değişiminin belirlenmesidir. 2017 bol tohum yılında araştırma alanına tohum dağılmadan önce 1 m X 1 m = 1 m2 boyutlarında özel hazırlanmış kasa tipi tohum kapanları alanı temsil edebilecek şekilde yerleştirilmişlerdir. Kapanlara düşen tohum miktarlarına göre 2017 yılında ortalama 1 011 000 adet/ha tohum dökülmüştür. Tohumların doluluk oranı %89, 1000 tane ağırlığı 361,57 gr, nem yüzdesi 14,2 - 16,3 olarak belirlenmiştir. 2018 yılı mayıs ayı sayımına göre alana gelen gençlik sayısı ortalama 69.951 adet olarak belirlenmiştir. 2019 yılının mayıs ayında bu gençliklerin %77,5'inin yaşamına devam ettiği tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractSEED EFFICIENT AND GERMINATION PERCENTAGE OF ORIENTAL BEECH (Fagus orientalis Lipsky.) STANDS IN SAKARYA PROVICE GEYVE DISTRICT ESKIYAYLA REGION This study was carried out in Eskiyayla forests in Geyve District. The first aim of this study is to determine the amount of seed and seed quality that the trees produce and distributes to the stand in the abundant seed beech tree. The second aim is to determine how many seedlings have been formed from dispersed seeds and to determine the percentages of these seedlins according to time. In 2017 abundant seed, 1 m x 1 m = 1 m2 sized specially prepared casing type seed traps were placed in the research area before they were dispersed. According to the amount of seeds falling in the traps, an average of 1 011 000 pieces / ha seeds were shed in 2017. Occupancy rate was determined as 89%, 1000 grain weight was 361,57 g, moisture percentage was 14,2 - 16,3. According to the germination count of May 2018, the average number of germination arriving in the field is 69.951. In May 2019, 77.5 % of these seedlings continued to live was determined.
