| dc.description.abstract | Bilindiği gibi nesh konusu, Kur’an algımızı şekillendiren teknik bir örneklem sayılabilir. Bu yüzdendir ki sağlıklı bir vahiy tutumunun edimi adına Müslüman geleneğin nesh konusunda ne dediği hayli önemli bir noktada durmaktadır. Zira nesh denilince öteden beri Kur’an ve muhtemel çelişki olasılığının geleneksel tarafları üzerinde düşünmek durumundayız. Oysaki nesh olgusuna farklı bir yaklaşım sergilemekle bu bakış açısının hiç de doğru olmadığı kanaatine varmak işten bile değildir. Esasında bu konudaki yaklaşımların temelinde rivayetlerin dinleşme sürecinin tezahürleri yatmaktadır denilebilir. Aynı şekilde, Kur’an ölçeğinde eski şeriatların bazı hükümlerinin nesh yani iptal edilmiş olduğunun ifade edilmiş olması, vahiy anlamında birbirini destekleyip besleyen inzâl hâlinin doğal bir sürecine işaret eder. Bu yüzdendir ki olası bir nesh durumunda, her peygamber, kendisinden önceki bazı uygulamaların kaldırıldığına şahitlik edebilir. Fakat geleneksel algının yanında durduğu şekliyle, Kur’an ayetleri içerisinde bazı iptallerin olduğunu savunmak, öncelikli olarak te’vil, tefsir ve de rivayetlerin değinileriyle inşâ edilmiş olan kadîm bir yaklaşımdan bahsetmekteyiz. Doğal olarak, her tutum sahibi kişiler de bununla ilgili olarak kendi delillerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmada adı geçen tutumların değerlendirilmesinin yanı sıra, şeriatlar arasındaki neshin imkânını kabul etmek suretiyle, Kur’an ayetleri içerisinde herhangi bir neshin olamayacağı kabulünden hareket edilmiştir. Neticede ise nesh olarak görülebilecek olan bütün bildirimlerin aynı konunun farklı basamaklarına işaret ettiği kanaatine ulaşılmıştır | |
| dc.description.abstract | As is known, subject of naskh, can be considered a sampling technique that shapes our perception of Qur’an. That is why, on behalf of my act revelation of a healthy attitude, naskh in the Muslim tradition stands a very important point. Because of naskh is mentioned, all along, we have to ponder on the Qur'an and the traditional parties of the possibility of potential conflicts. However, it is not so difficult to arrive at the conclusion that this point of view is not true considering a different approach to the naskh cases. It can be said that on the basis of the approach to this issue is the process of the “rumors becoming the manifestations of religion”. Likewise, the Koran scale expression that had been canceled some provisions of the old Sharia refers to a natural process of supporting each other in terms of nutrition revelation. This is why, in case of a possible naskh, every prophet himself can testify the removal of some previous application. But, as it supports the traditional perception to argue that some cancellations in the Koran verses, we are talking about an old approach built with primarily gloss, commentary and references to the rumor. Naturally, each owner of the each attitude reveals their evidence relating thereto. In this study, as well as the name of the evaluation of said attitudes, by supporting the possibility between Sharias for naskh, it’s been accepted that there cannot be any naskh in Qur’an.
