dc.description.abstractBu çalışma üniversite öğrencilerinde psikolojik sermaye ve risk alma davranışının girişimcilik eğilimine etkisini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışma Türkiye'deki üniversitelerinde lisans ve ön lisans programlarında eğitime devam eden 404 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği, Risk Alma Eğilimi Ölçeği ve Girişimcilik Eğilimi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Anketler online/çevrim içi olarak gerçekleştirilerek veriler toplanmıştır. Söz konusu veriler nicel veri analizinde kullanılan SPSS 22.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin durumuna ve sınanan hipotezlere uygun olarak frekans analizleri, parametrik testler (T Testi ve ANOVA Testi), korelasyon testleri ve regresyon testleri yapılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen analizler neticesinde oluşturulan hipotezler doğrulanmıştır. Buna göre katılımcıların psikolojik sermayeleri girişimcilik eğilimlerini pozitif ve anlamlı olarak; katılımcıların psikolojik sermayeleri risk alma eğilimlerini pozitif ve anlamlı biçimde; katılımcıların risk alma eğilimleri girişimcilik eğilimlerini pozitif ve anlamlı biçimde etkilediği anlaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to reveal the effect of psychological capital and risk-taking behavior on entrepreneurial tendency in university students. For this purpose, the study was carried out with 404 students continuing their education in undergraduate and associate degree programs in universities in Turkey. Personal Information Form, Psychological Capital Scale, Risk Taking Tendency Scale and Entrepreneurial Tendency Scale were used within the scope of the study. Data were collected by conducting surveys online. The mentioned data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 program used in quantitative data analysis. Frequency analysis, parametric tests (T Test and ANOVA Test), correlation tests and regression tests were performed in accordance with the condition of the data and the hypotheses tested. The hypotheses formed as a result of the analyzes carried out were confirmed. According to this, the psychological capital of the participants positively and significantly affects their entrepreneurial tendencies; participants' psychological capital and risk-taking tendencies in a positive and meaningful way; it was understood that the risk taking tendencies of the participants affected their entrepreneurial tendencies positively and significantly.
