dc.description.abstractKafkasya coğrafyasındaki siyasî mücadeleleri ele aldığımız bu çalışmada öncelikle bölgenin yer adlarıyla beraber sınırlarına dair yapmış olduğumuz tanımlamalar yer almaktadır. Önemli bir konumda bulunan Kafkaslar, tarihi boyunca birçok mücadeleye tanıklık etmiş, VIII. ve XV. yy. aralığında ise bölgedeki siyasî güçler oldukça değişkenlik göstermiştir. Selçukluların, Kafkaslara gelişinden önce burada; Şirvânşahlar, Şeki ve Arrân Hânedanlığı, Sâcoğulları, Salârîler (Müsâfiriler), Şeddâdîler, Revvâdîler, Ermeniler ve Gürcüler hâkimiyet kurmuşlardır. Özellikle Gürcüler, Kafkaslardaki varlıkları ve siyasî etkileriyle Büyük Selçuklu Devleti'nden itibaren diğer devletlerle de oldukça fazla hâkimiyet mücadelesi vermişlerdir. Büyük Selçuklulardan sonra; Irak Selçukluları, Saltuklular, Artuklular, Mengücekler, Anadolu Selçuklu Devleti, Hârezmşahlar, Moğollar, Karakoyunlular, Akkoyunlular, Timur ve Osmanlı Devleti Kafkasya'da egemen güç haline gelmiş ve isimlerini zikrettiğimiz bu devletlerin Kafkaslardaki hâkimiyet mücadelesi sadece Gürcülere karşı değil kendi aralarında da vuku bulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study in which we have handled the political struggles on the geography of Caucausus, it is primarily stated the located places of the regions with the definotions made upon their borders. Located on a very important position, the Caucasus have witnessed so many challenges indead between 8th and 15th centuries. Before the arrival of the Seljuks to the Caucasus; the Shirvanshahs, Shaki and Albania State, the Sacoğulları, Salaris, Shaddadis, the Rawadids, the Armenians and the Georgians dominated. Espesially the Georgians with their presence in the Caucasus and their political influences, have given a great deal of dominance over other states as well. Iraq Seljuks, Saltukids, Artukids, Mengücekids, Anatolian Seljuk Empire, Horzemshahs State, Mongols, Karakoyuns, Akkoyuns, Timurid State and Ottoman Empire has become the dominant power in the Caucasus and these states struggled not only the georgians but also among themselves.
