| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Erzincan yöresi Sarıçam (Pinus sylvestris L.) meşcereleri için uyumlu gövde çapı ve gövde hacim modeli geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, Jiang (2004) tarafından geliştirilen gövde çapı ve gövde hacim modeli kullanılmıştır. Önerilen model, gövde çapı ve gövde hacim tahminlerinde, genel olarak tüm ağaç gövdesi ve gövdenin farklı bölümleri için güvenilir sonuçlar vermiştir. Gövde üzerinde değişik noktalarda yapılan çap tahminlerinde ortalama hata 1,5 cm’den ve hacim tahminlerinde 0.005 m3 ’den daha az bulunmuştur. Önerilen model, sarıçam ağaç türü için Alemdağ (1967) tarafından geliştirilen genel ağaç hacim denklemi ile de karşılaştırılmış, ağaç hacim denklemi kullanılarak elde edilen hacim değerlerinin daha yüksek hata miktarına sahip oldukları görülmüştür. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, Compatible Segmented Taper and volume model were developed for Scotch pine in Erzincan Region. Jiang (2004) segmented taper and volume function was used in this study. The proposed model generally performed better for whole tree and different sections of tree bole for taper and stem volume. Average diameter prediction error was less than 1,5 cm and average volume error was less than 0.005 m3 in different points on bole. Model estimates compared well to existing tree volume equation developed by Alemdağ (1967) and tree volume equation prediction errors for Scotch pine were found to be larger than those for he proposed volume model. | |
