dc.description.abstractTürkiye’de de son yıllarda en çok yatırım yapılan yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları hidroelektrik ve rüzgâr enerjisidir. Ülkede, son yıllarda pek çok yerde hidroelektrik santralleri (HES) ve rüzgar enerjisi santralleri (RES) tesis edilmiş ve bu konuda birçok yeni proje onay için sırada beklemektedir. Ancak, sadece en fazla enerjiyi elde etmek amacıyla hazırlanmış olan bu projelerin önemli bir kısmı, çevresel olarak maalesef telafisi mümkün olmayan sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Burada, Türkiye’de HES ve RES’lerin projelendirilmesi, inşası ve işletilmesi aşamalarında karşılaşılan önemli bazı çevre sorunları ve bu sorunlarla ilgili olarak çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThe renewable energy sources upon which the most amount of investment has been put in Turkey are the hydroelectric and wind energies. Many hydroelectric energy plants (HEP) and wind power plants (WPP) have been erected in many different locations in the country during the past few years and many new projects are in line waiting for approval. However, a significant amount of these projects, which have been designed only to produce the maximum amount of energy, unfortunately bring environmentally irretrievable problems. Here, some key environmental problems regarding the project preparation, the construction and the operation of HEPs and WPPs as well as some solution propositions for these problems are presented.
