Özet
Bu tezin amacı, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün öldüğü 10 Kasım 1938 ile Türkiye'deki sivil iradeye ikinci askeri müdahale sayılan 12 Mart 1971 tarihleri arası Türkiye-SSCB ilişkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmamızda, bu süre zarfında iki taraf arasındaki siyasi meselelerin işlenmesinin yanı sıra askeri ve ekonomik ilişkiler de yer almıştır. Ayrıca konunun bütünlüğü ve okuyucunun daha rahat anlaması bakımından iki ülke iç siyasetlerindeki gelişmeler de araştırma içinde zaman zaman yer alan diğer bir unsur olmuştur. Diğer yandan Türkiye ile SSCB arasında bu 33 yılda bir anlamda "M" harfine benzeyen ilişki değişimlerini okuyucuya göstermek, tezin diğer bir önemli unsurunu oluşturmaktadır. Bolşevik İhtilali, Türk Kurtuluş Savaşı, İkinci Dünya Savaşı ve ardından başlayan Soğuk Savaş Dönemi gibi tarihin önemli dönüm noktalarında iki ülke çeşitli kez karşı karşıya gelmiş, bu durumlarda ilişki düzeyini iki tarafın dünya siyaseti içindeki güç nüfuzu belirlemiştir. Ayrıca tarihsel olarak iki tarafın birbirine karşı besledikleri emelleri de bu ilişkilerin seyrinde zaman zaman rol çalmıştır. Yine de Türkiye ve SSCB, Batılı güçlerin kendileri için tasarladıkları planların da etkisiyle karşılıklı münasebetleri hep belli bir seviyede tutmak durumunda kalmıştır. The aim of this thesis, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk died November 10, 1938 considered democracy a second military coup in Turkey; March 12, 1971 date is to examine the relations between Turkey and the USSR. In our research, military and economic relations were also included in this period, as well as the handling of political issues between the two parties. In addition, in terms of the integrity of the subject and the readers' understanding more easily, the developments in the domestic politics of the two countries have been another factor in the study from time to time. On the other hand, in a sense between the USSR and Turkey this year 33 letter "M" to show the reader the exchange relationship similar to constitute another important element of the thesis. The two countries confronted several times at important turning points in history such as the Bolshevik Revolution, the Turkish War of Independence, the Second World War and the then the Cold War Period, and in these cases the level of relationship was determined by the power influence of the two sides in world politics. In addition, the ambitions of both sides historically have played a role in the course of these relations from time to time. Nevertheless, Turkey and the USSR, mutual relations with the impact of the plans they designed for themselves, the Western powers have always had to keep a level.
