dc.description.abstractDoğu Ladini(Piceaorientalis L.) tohumlarının uzun süreli saklanması süreci sonunda çimlenme yüzdeleri ve hızlarındaki değişimlerin tespit edilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada 2005 yılında TÜBİTAK TOGTAG 3232'nolu proje kapsamında toplanan 18 farklı orijine ait tohumlar kullanılmıştır. 0-5 ºC de 9 yıl boyunca saklana tohumlar dört tekrarlı olarak laboratuvar ortamında çimlendirilmiştir. Her bir tekrarda 50 adet tohum kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen çimlenme sonuçları TOGTAG 3232'nolu proje kapsamında elde edilen sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Doğu Ladin (Piceaorientalis L.) tohumlarının yıllara göre çimlenme yüzdelerindeki ve hızlarındaki oransal azalmalar incelendiğinde uzun süreli saklamaya en uygun orijinlerin Artvin Atila, Şavşat-Veliköy, Ardanuç-Ovacık ve Ardanuç-Tepedüzü orijinleri olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to determine effects of long term storage process on germination percentages and germination rates of oriental spruce seeds.Seeds were used in this study belong to 15 different origin collected with TÜBİTAK Project number TOGTAG 3232. Seeds were stored at 0-5ºC for 9 years that germinatein laboratorywith four replications. 50 seeds were used in each replication. The result of germination compared with germination achieved in TOGTAG 3232 project studies. Proportional decreasing in germination percentage and germination rates by yearshow that the most suitable origins for long tern storage periods are Artvin Atila, Şavşat-Veliköy, Ardanuç-Ovacık and Ardanuç-Tepedüzü origins.
