| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Foucault’nun iktidar kavrayışında oldukça önemli bir yeri olan dispozitif kavramını onun anlamlandırdığı biçimiyle ele almanın yanında Giorgio Agamben’in söz konusu kavramla ilgili kavrayışını konu edinmektedir. Dispozitif kavramı Foucault felsefesinde yetmişli yıllardan itibaren ortaya çıkar ve iktidar ilişkilerinin giriftliğine işaret eder. Bu anlamda iktidar doğrudan bir yerden geldiğini tespit edemeyeceğimiz bir yaşantı dizgesinin ve ilişkiler ağının ürünü olarak düşünülür. Bu, çoklu bir etkilenim sürecinin birey üzerinde tesiri olduğunun göstergesidir. Dolayısıyla iktidar bireyi birçok yerden yakalayarak kendi ağına dahil eder. Bu ağın içerisinde insanın pozisyonu kendisinin de anlayamayacağı ölçüde bulanıklaşır. Foucault’nun dispozitif kavramsallaştırması iktidarın belirli bir zemininin olamayacağı savından hareketle bireylerin hareket alanını bulanıklaştıran bir mahiyete sahiptir. Bu çerçeveden bakıldığında farklı türden iktidar ilişkilerinin görünmez bir iktidar ağının tarihsel ve toplumsal koşullarının bir ürünü olduğu ve söz konusu ürünün her seferinde kendi güncelliğini ürettiğini söylememiz mümkündür. Agamben, kavramın soykütüksel irdelemesine odaklanarak Foucault’nun kullandığı dispozitif kavramının Hegelci kökenlerine ve Hıristiyanlıktaki itiraf geleneğine kadar izini sürer. Agamben’in Foucault felsefesinde dispozitiflerin tümeller gibi davrandığına işaret etmesi Foucault’cu dispozitiflerin temas edilemez doğasını pekiştirir. Bir yandan bu düşünceyi ortaya koyan Agamben öte yandan dispozitiflerle bir mücadele içinde olunması gerektiğine işaret eder. Bu araştırma Foucault’un dispozitif kavrayışı çerçevesinde Agamben’in önerisinin imkânına yönelik bir soruşturmayı açık kılmayı amaçlamaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the concept of the dispositif, which occupies a significant position in Foucault's understanding of power and in Giorgio Agamben's interpretation of the concept. The concept of the dispositif emerges in Foucault's philosophy since the seventies and points to the intricacy of power relations. In this sense, power is considered as the product of a network of experiences and relations that we cannot directly identify as coming from somewhere. This is an indication that a multiple process of influence has an impact on the individual. Therefore, power grabs the individual from many points and includes him/her in its network. Within this network, the position of the individual becomes blurred to the extent that he/she cannot understand it. Foucault's conceptualization of the dispositif has a nature that blurs the field of action of individuals based on the argument that power cannot have a specific ground. From this perspective, it is possible to say that different types of power relations are the product of the historical and social conditions of an invisible power network and that this product produces its own actuality every time. Focusing on the genealogical analysis of the concept, Agamben traces Foucault's use of the concept of the dispositif back to its Hegelian origins and the Christian tradition of confession. Agamben's pointing out that in Foucault's philosophy, dispositifs behave like universals reinforces Foucault's untouchable nature of dispositifs. On the one hand, Agamben puts forward this idea, and on the other hand, he points out the necessity of a struggle with the dispositifs. This research aims to open an investigation into the possibility of Agamben's proposal within the framework of Foucault's conception of the dispositif. | |
