| dc.description.abstract | Hadiths are the scripted documents of the sunna of the Prophet Muhammad. It’s one of the actual issues that investigating and defining the hadiths if these belong to the Prophet Muhammad or not. For the aim of deciding more accurately at the point of defining an hadith whether belongs to the Prophet Muhammad, muhaddiths has been tried to gather all the current variants of that hadith firstly. Certainly, every chain of transmitters (tariq) of an hadith, is the scripted evidence that shows all the phases of that hadith through the historical process. It’s not a true method that attempting to analyze and judge these documents without a holistical investigation. In this respect, deciding about the authenticity and certainty of an hadith which is labeled as da’if (weak) hadith by muhaddiths, it is necessary to invesigate of mutaba’ah (follow-up) and shawahid (witnesses) of this narrative. Because even picking a few of chain of transmitters (tariq) for a hadith has these characteristics, will maket he judgment more convincing. | dc.description.abstract | Hz. Peygamber’in sünnetinin yazılı belgeleri olan hadislerin gerçekten ona ait olup olmadığını araştırma ve belirleme meselesi, güncelliğini kaybetmeyen bir konudur. Muhaddisler, bir hadisin Hz. Peygamber’e aidiyeti noktasında daha sağlıklı karar verebilmek için öncelikli olarak, o hadisin mevcut bütün farklı kanallarını toplamaya gayret etmişlerdir. Şüphesiz her bir farklı tarik, o hadisin tarihsel süreçte geçirdiği evrelerin belgesi niteliğindedir. Bu belgeleri bir bütün olarak incelemeden analiz yapmaya kalkışmak veya o hadis hakkında hüküm vermeye girişmek doğru değildir. Bu bağlamda özellikle muhaddisler tarafından zayıf olarak nitelendirilen bir hadisin sıhhat ve sübûtu hakkında karar verebilmek için, o rivayetin mütâbe’ât ve şahid’lerinin de muhakkak incelenmesi gereklidir. Zira bu nitelikteki bir hadis için toplanan birkaç tarik bile nihai karar verirken daha sağlıklı olacaktır. İşte bu çalışma, böylesi bir gayeyi “Âlimler, peygamberlerin varisleridir” hadisi özelinde örneklendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır | |
