Özet
Hayatın her alanında varlık gösteren kadın olgusu, Karadeniz Bölgesinde ayrı pencereden bakılması gereken bir kavramdır.Engebeli arazilerin, değişken iklim yapılarının ve bölgenin diğer dinamiklerinin tüm özelliklerini bünyesinde barındıran yöre kadını;üretken, cesaretli, fedakâr ve anaç yapısıyla ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bir yandan eşine ve ailesine katkı sağlamaya çalışan, çocuklarına annelik yapmak zorunda olan kadınların, diğer yandan da iş hayatlarında karşılaştıkları zorluklar, haksızlıklar, cinsiyet ayrımcılıkları, çevrenin muhafazakâr bakışları gibi etkenler, zaten zor olan hayatlarına sıkıntı ve güçlük eklemektedir.Çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturan Artvin, iş sahalarının yetersizliği, göç verme problemleri ve coğrafi şartlarıyla başa çıkmaya çalışan illerden biridir. İş kurma düşüncesinde olan, işletme yönetim becerilerini geliştirmek isteyen, aldığı eğitimi iş hayatına yansıtmayı düşünen, istihdama katılmayı ve katkı sağlamayı hedefleyen ve tabii ki gelir düzeyini yükseltmek isteyen her kadın gibi, Artvin’de yaşayan kadınlar da çalışma hayatına içinde bulunmak istemektelerdir.Bu çalışmada, Artvin il merkezi ve ilçelerinde hayatlarını sürdürmeye çalışan 41 girişimci kadının çalışma hayatlarında neler yaşadıkları, nasıl bir yaşam mücadelesi verdikleri betimlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Artvin’deki kadın girişimciliğin mevcut durumu, karşılaşılan sorunlar ve kadın girişimciliğin geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler çalışmamızın temel başlıkları olmuştur. Elde edilen veriler neticesinde, bölge kalkınması için kadınların iş yaşamında daha aktif rol almaları gerektiği ve bu konuda eş, dost dışında özellikle yöre halkı ve yerel yönetimlerin de konuya destek vermeleri gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır.Artvinli girişimci kadınların iş hayatlarında karşılaştıkları sorunlar ise; aile ve çevre baskısı, sermaye bulma zorluğu, özgüven eksikliği ve önyargı şeklinde sıralanmaktadır.
The female phenomenon that exists in every area of life is a concept that needs to be looked at in a separate window in the Black Sea Region.The local woman who has all the features of rugged terrain, variable climate structures and other dynamics of the region; comes to the forefront with productive, courageous, sacrificial and rootstock construction.On the one hand, women who are trying to make a contribution to their husband and family, women who have mothering their children, on the other hand the factors such as difficulties, inequities, gender discrimination, conservative views of the environment that meet in business life adding distress and difficulties to their already difficult lives.Artvin, which forms the sample of the worker, is one of those who try to cope with the inadequacy of work fields, migration problems and geographical conditions.Like every woman; thinking about starting a business, seeking to improve business management skills, thinking about reflecting the education, aiming to participate and contribute to employment and of course wanting to raise the level of income, women living in Artvin also want to be involved in worklife.In this study, it was attempted to describe what 41 entrepreneur women who are trying to maintain their lives in the province of Artvin and its provinces have lived in their working lives and what kind of life struggle they have.The current situation of women's entrepreneurship in Artvin, the problems faced and proposals for the development of women's entrepreneurship have been the main topics of our work.As a result of the obtained data, it has emerged that women should take a more active role in the business life for regional development and in this issue, besides their spouses and friends, local people and local governments should also support the issue. The problems that entrepreneurial women encounter in business life in Artvin are as follows; family and environment pressure, difficulty in finding capital, lack of self-confidence and prejudice.
