| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmada, sağlık çalışanlarında örgütsel sağlık, iş stresi ve iş performansı arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmış ve sonuçları çok yönlü olarak ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde görev yapan 360 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma deseni ve kolayda örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak demografik özelliklere ait bilgi formu, örgütsel sağlık ölçeği, iş stresi ölçeği ve iş performansı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre sağlık çalışanlarının iletişim düzeyleri, moral ve performansları arttıkça iş stresleri azalmakta, iş performansları artmaktadır. Katılımcıların, görev performansı arttıkça örgütsel sağlıkları artmakta, iş stresleri azalmaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre örgütsel sağlık arttıkça, iş performansı artmakta, iş stresi azalmaktadır. İş stresi arttıkça iş performansı azalmaktadır. Literatür taraması sonucunda, sağlık çalışanları üzerinde örgütsel sağlık, iş stresi ve iş performansı konularını birlikte ele alan ve inceleyen çalışmaların eksikliği göz önüne alındığında, bu çalışmanın alandaki boşluğu doldurabileceği ve önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between organizational health, work stress and work performance in healthcare workers and the results were handled in a multidimensional way. The sample of the study consists of 360 healthcare professionals working in Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Health Practice and Research Hospital. Quantitative research design and convenience sampling method were used in the study. In the study, information form about demographic characteristics, organizational health scale, work stress scale and work performance scale were used as data collection tools. According to the findings obtained from the research, as the communication levels, morale and performance of healthcare workers increase, work stress decreases and work performance increases. As the task performance of the participants increases, organizational health increases and work stress decreases. According to the results obtained from the research, as organizational health increases, work performance increases and work stress decreases. As work stress increases, work performance decreases. As a result of the literature review, considering the lack of studies that address and examine organizational health, work stress and work performance issues together on healthcare workers, it is thought that this study can fill the gap in the field and make important contributions. | |
