Özet
Çalışmanın amacı, Health 4.0’ın sağlık fonksiyonları üzerinde yansımalarını ve sağlık hizmetlerindeki dijitalleşmesinin sağlık hizmetlerinin yeniden yapılandırılmasına etkisini ele almaktır. Sağlık sektörü üzerinde önemli bir dış etken olan teknoloji, son dönemlerde etkisini birçok boyutta göstermektedir. Teknolojinin sağlık alanında kullanılması ile hastalar, sağlık çalışanları, sağlık yöneticileri ve diğer sağlık tarafları için birçok kolaylık ve fırsat doğmuştur. Endüstri gelişim evreleri, sağlık sektöründe de karşılık bulmuş ve Health 4.0 mevcut evre olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada Endüstri 4.0 ve Health 4.0’ın gelişim evreleri, e-sağlık ve bileşenleri, Health 4.0 uygulamalarının sağlık hizmetlerinde örnek uygulamaları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Covid-19 salgını sürecinde iletişim araçlarının, internetin ve dijitalleşmenin önemi bir kez daha ortaya çıkmıştır. Dijitalleşmenin giderek hız kazanacağı ve her alanda önemli bir faktör olacağı düşünüldüğü zaman araştırmacıların bu alana yönelmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir.
The main purpose of this review is to consider the reflections of Health 4.0 on health functions and the effect of digitalization of health services on the restructuring of health services. Technology, which is an important external factor on the health sector, has recently shown its effects in many dimensions. With the use of technology in the field of health, many facilities and opportunities have arisen for patients, healthcare professionals, healthcare administrators and other healthcare parties. Industry development stages have also found a response in the health sector and Health 4.0 has been evaluated as the current stage. In the study, information was given about the development stages of İndustry 4.0 and Health 4.0, e-health and its components, exemplary applications of Health 4.0 applications in health services. During the Covid-19 outbreak, the importance of communication tools, internet and digitalization has once again emerged. When it is thought that digitalization will gain speed and will be an important factor in every field, it is of great importance for researchers to turn to this field
