| dc.description.abstract | Klorofilya, yalnızca düşüncede olan bir ülkedir; bir “yok ülkedir”. Klorofilya’da da ormanlar vardır, dolayısıyla ormancılık yapılmaktadır. Klorofilya’daki ekolojik koşullar ile ormanların yapısal özellikleri Türkiye’dekilere benzemektedir. Buna karşılık, Klorofilya’daki ormancıların ormanlara ve ormancılık çalışmalarına bakış açısı Türkiye’de egemen olandan çok farklıdır. Bu farklılık, ormancılık öğretiminden ormancılık yönetimine kadar pek çok alanda görülmektedir. Çünkü toplumun ormanlara yaklaşımı ve dolaysıyla ormancılık yönetiminden beklentileri Türkiye’dekine hiç benzememektedir. Beklentilerini karar ve uygulama süreçlerine gerektiğince yansıtabilecek düzenekleri kurup etkin biçimde işletebildikleri için Klorofilyalı ormancılar ile toplumun farklı sınıf ve katmanları arasındaki çatışmalar en aza indirilebilmiştir. Özenilecek ve esinlenecek pek çok yanları olan Klorofilya ormancılığının Türkiye’de de bilinmesinde yarar var. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Klorofilya is a country that only lives in a thought; it is a "not existing country". There are also forests in Klorofilya and therefore they also apply forestry techniques. Ecological conditions and the way they evaluate the forestry studies in Klorofilya are like the ones in Turkey. However, the way the foresters in Klorofilya look at the forests and forestry studies in Klorofilya are much more different the ones dominant in Turkey. This difference is observed in many different areas like education in forestry area and the forestry management. Because, approach of the society to the forests and therefore their expectation from the forestry management is very different from the applications in Turkey. Different Klorofilyan forestmen and different classes and stratums in a convenient way, through decisions and applications whenever it is necessary, for that applications have minimized expectation and application processes. It is also useful to know in Turkey the Klorofilya forestry for it has too much alternatives that it has against in Turkey. | |
