| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın esas amacı Peri köy/kaza merkezi ile ilgili klasik dönemden Geç dönem Osmanlısına kadar genel bir izlence çıkarmaktır. Bu bağlamda köyün klasik dönem yapısından başlanarak, 19 yüzyılı da içine alan demografik, iktisadi yapı ve yerel iktidar ilişkilerine dair hallerinin genel bir resmini çizilmiştir. Bu yapılır iken dönüşümü üzerinde etkin rol oynadığı görülen Elâzığ’daki Maden-i Hümayun ve Elâzığ’a eklemlene deneyimlerinin Peri’de siyasal, sosyal ve iktisadi ne türden değişimlere sebep olduğu açığa çıkarılmaya çalışmıştır. Bu bağlamda bir taraftan Peri’deki dönüşümün demografik, iktisadi ve yerel iktidar üretme deneyimleri açığa çıkarılırken, diğer taraftan Peri ve yakın çevresinden İç Dersim’e uzanan eklemlenme deneyimleri konu edilmiştir. Nitekim Çarsancaklı ailesi ve ailenin yerel iktidar ilişkilerindeki yeri ve yöre halkı ile yaşadığı çok yönlü ilişkileri ve bu ilişkilere merkezi iktidarın tutumu yeri geldikçe konu edilmiştir. Etno-kültürel heterojenliğe sahip bir mekân olarak Peri’nin bu ilişkilerin mekânı olması ve çevre ile kurduğu ilişkilerin Peri’ye kazandırdığı özgünlükler Elâzığ ile eklemlenme deneyimleriyle birlikte açığa çıkarılmıştır. Bu özgünlüklerin demografyaya yansıması yüzyıllar içinde nasıl sonuçlar üretmiştir. Etnokültürel ayrıksılığı ile bilinen Dersim ile Peri arasındaki ilişkilerde yeri geldikçe sorunsallaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada ikinci el kaynaklar ve latinize edilmiş belgelerden bir okuma çerçevesi oluşturulmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to figure out a general path about Peri village/sub-province from Classical Period to Late Ottoman Period. In this context, a general picture was drawn starting with the structure of the village of the classical period and the state of formations of the demographic, economic structure and local power relations towards 19th century period. In carrying out this, the role of Imperial Mine in Elâzığ and articulation experiences with Elâzığ which causes important changes in political, social and economic structures of Peri was analyzed and clarified. In this context, on the one hand, this study clarified how the transformation of Peri produced demographic, economic and local power experiences, on the other hand, the articulation experiences of Peri and its closer environment stretching towards with Inner Dersim region became subject of interest. Thus, Çarsancaklı family and its role in local power relations and the multifaceted relations with local people and the family with the ultimate response to these relations of central power actors became the subject of interest. The space of Peri as having an ethno-cultural heterogeneity being the center of these mentioned relations with the constructed relations with its environment was clarified with its articulation experiences with Elâzığ. What kinds of results these peculiarities reflecting to demography do produce in the course of centuries. The relations with Peri and Dersim, which was known with its etnocultural distinction, were problematized. Second-hand resources and latinized documents constituted the reading framework of this study. | |
