Özet
Ormanlar başta bitkisel, hayvansal ve mineral kaynaklı olmak üzere çok sayıda ürün ve hizmetlerin merkezidirler. Odun Dışı Orman Ürünleri (ODOÜ) kırsal kesimlerde yaşayan insanların yıllardır ihtiyaçlarını karşılamasının yanında gelir sağlamalarına da yardımcı olmaktadır. Ayrıca ülkemizin ODOÜ potansiyeli ve ihracatı dikkate alındığında, amenajman planlarının hazırlanmasında bu ürünlerin dikkate alınması kaçınılmazdır. Bu çalışmada, ODOÜ’nin planlara yansıtılabilmesi için izlenmesi gereken yol ve yaklaşımlar belirlenerek bu ürünler için kullanılan envanter yöntemlerine değinilmiştir. Ayrıca lojistik regresyon analizinden yararlanılarak Kızılcasu planlama birimindeki kanlıca mantarının alandaki konumsal dağılımı sayısallaştırılmıştır. ODOÜ ve özellikle mantarların haritalandırılmasına yönelik envanterlerin çok kolay olmadığı düşünüldüğünde, bu çalışma önemli ve pratik bir çözüm yolu sağlamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, ODOÜ’nin planlara yansıtılmasında geleneksel planlamanın yetersiz olduğu, dolayısı ile Ekosistem Tabanlı Çok Amaçlı Planlama (ETÇAP) yaklaşımının benimsenerek Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri, Uzaktan Algılama, Yöneylem Araştırması gibi çeşitli yardımcı tekniklerin etkin kullanılması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır
Forests provide products and services to the society. Non wood forest products (NWFP) are important to rural livehoods in many parts of the world because collection of them can generate significant income. Turkey has a great NWFP potential and exports many NWFP to other countries. In this study, inventory and planning methods of NWFP are investigated. In addition, logistic regression analyze regarding the spatial distribution of Lactarius salmonicolor are determined. This has important practical implications because it is difficult to survey and sample NWFP. In conclusion, to benefit from NWFP in sustainable manner; first of all, the inventory must be conducted (the amount, spatial distribution and potential areas), acceptable production techniques should be introduced and most importantly NWFP must be integrated into the forest management plans with the active participation of stakeholders. To achieve this target, adoption of Ecosystem Based Multi Objective Planning (EBMOP), considering various technical help such as geographic information systems, remote sensing and operation research techniques is critically important for Turkey.
