Özet
İ’rab ve manaya etkisi konusu öteden beri önceki ve yeni dil âlimlerini çokça meşgul etmiş önemli konulardan biridir. Bu konuda birçok görüş ileri sürülmüştür. Onlardan bir kaçı şöyledir; Bir kısmı i’rabın önemi ve manaya etki ettiği görüşünü savunur. Bir kısmı da cümlede bir öneminin olmadığı görüşündedir. Hatta cümleyi süsleme ve harekelerinin art arda gelmesinden başka bir şey olmadığı görüşündedir. Bu çalışmada önceki ve sonraki âlimlerin bu konudaki görüşlerini vereceğiz. Elde ettiğimiz delillerle de her görüşe cevap vereceğiz. Sonra da bu konuda önemli ve baskın görüşü zikredeceğiz.
The issue of declension and its relationship with meaning in Arabic has preoccupied the thoughts of ancientand present-day Arabiclinguists. They gave various opinions of the significance of declension and its relationship with sentence meaning. While some recognize its importance, others deny it claiming that declension is a matter of decorative alternation of marks. In this paper, there searcher presented the various view points on declension; critically appraised the mand took a clear stand on this vital issue.
