| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanı amacı Hopa yerelindeki siyasal gelişmeleri tarihsel gelişimleri boyunca ele almaktadır. Yerel siyaset ve mekân ilişkisinden hareketle ilk önce kavramsal bir analiz çerçevesi oluşturulmuş ve bu çerçeve dâhilinde yereldeki siyasal ilişki ve mücadeleler Erken Cumhuriyet döneminden günümüze kadar genel hatları itibariyle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın temel verilerini uzun saha gözlemleri, yerel siyasetçilerle yapılan derinlemesine mülakatlar ve istatistikî veriler oluşturmuştur. Bulgularda merkez-yerel etkileşimleri ve yerel toplumsal yapının kapitalist modernleşme süreçleri boyunca yerel siyasal alanda gelişen patronaj ve klientalist ilişkileri tespit edilmiştir. Oldukça çoğul siyasal ilişkileri barındıran yerel siyasal ve toplumsal alanın günümüzde ulus-ötesi mekânsal değişimlerle beraber derin değişimler geçirdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study deals with the political developments in the Hopa region during its historical development. Firstly, a conceptual framework of analysis was created on the basis of the relationship between local politics and space, and then within this framework, local political relations and struggles were analyzed from the Early Republican period to the present day. The core data of the study consisted of long field studies, in-depth interviews with local politicians and statistical data. The study ultimately identified patronage and clientalist relationships that developed in the local political context during the capitalist modernization processes of central-local interactions and local social structure. The research came to result that the local political and social realm, which holds quite a lot of pluralistic political relations, is currently undergoing profound changes with transnational spatial changes. | |
