| dc.description.abstract | Konut içinde zamanın en çok harcandığı alanlardan biri olan mutfak mekânı, birçok işlevi bünyesinde barındıran bir alandır. Bu işlevleri en iyi şekilde gerçekleştirebilmek ve zamanı verimli kullanabilmek için mutfak mekânı içerisinde yer alan sabit donatı yüzeylerinde kullanılan malzemelerin özelliklerinin iyi değerlendirilip, kullanıcının fizyolojik ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarına bağlı olarak seçilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, mutfakta kullanılan sabit donatı elemanlarından biri olan tezgâh için kullanılan malzeme çeşitlerinin tespitini yaparak bu çeşitliliğe bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan beğeni ve şikayetlerin neler olduğu konularına cevap aramaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The kitchen, which is one of the places where the time is spent mostly in the house, is a field which combines many functions in its structure. To be able to realize these functions in the best way and to use the time efficiently, it is necessary to evaluate carefully the features of the products used on the surface of the fixed reinforcement elements, and to choose them according to the physiological and psychological needs of the users.İn this context, the aim of the research is by identifying the material varieties used for the countertop ,which is one of the fixed reinforcement elements used in the kitchen, looking for answers on what are the acclaims and complaints accrued according as these varieties. | |
