Özet
Klasik Türk edebiyatında "Tezkiretü'ş-Şuara" olarak adlandırılan eserler günümüz biyografi türü eserlerin yerini tutmaktadır. Edebiyatımız tarihinde araştırmacılar için bu tür eserler büyük önem arz etmektedir. Tezkirecilik, Türk edebiyatında XV. yüzyıldan XX. yüzyılın başlarına kadar geniş bir zaman diliminde varlığını göstermiştir. Şairlerin hayatından söz edip onların şiirlerinden örnekler veren şuara tezkireleri bunu icra ederken sadece şairin hayatını ele almamışlardır. İncelediği şairin sanat anlayışı yanında şiir sanatının nasıl olması gerektiği yönünde de bilgiler içermektedir. Şairin şairliği noktasında, şiirleri hususunda bazı poetik değerlendirmelere yer vermişlerdir. "XVI- XVII. Yüzyıl Şuara Tezkirelerinde Şair Sultan ve Şehzadelere Dair Poetik Değerlendirmeler" adlı bu çalışma temel olarak üç bölümü ihtiva etmektedir. Birinci bölümde poetikanın tanımı ve Türk edebiyatında yazılan şair tezkireleri hakkında kısa bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışmanın esasını teşkil eden ikinci ve üçüncü bölümde Sehî Bey'in "Heşt-Bihişt", Latifî'nin, "Tezkire-i Şuarâ", Ahdî'nin "Gülşen-i Şu'arâ", Âşık Çelebi'nin, "Meşâ'irü'ş- şuarâ", Beyânî'nin, "Tezkire-i Şuarâ", Riyâzî'nin, "Riyâzü'ş-şu'arâ", Zehr-i Mâr-zâde Seyyid Mehmed Rızâ'nın, "Tezkire-i Şuarâ" adlı çalışmalarının Osmanlı padişah ve şehzadeler için ayrılan kısımları incelenmiştir. Tezkire yazarlarının padişah ve şehzadelerin şiir sanatı hakkında yaptıkları tespit ve değerlendirmeler tespit edilerek, şair padişah ve şehzadelerin sanatları hakkında kanaat edinilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma adı geçen Osmanlı padişah ve şehzadelerinin tezkire müellifleri nazarında şiir sanatlarına yönelik değerlendirmeler, konu hakkında çalışanlar ve konuya ilgi duyanlar için faydalı bir başvuru kaynağı olabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
Literary works named "Tezkiretü'ş-Şuara" in classic Turkish literate have taken place of today's biographies. These kind of literary studies in our literate have a great importance for researchers. Tezkirecilik( person who writes biographies of persons who were talented in any profession) kept its existence between XV century and beggining of XX century. The poet tezkires (collections of biographies), which ones were mentionning poets, life and giving examples of their poets, did not only handle the poets life. Besides the understanding of art of the poet he/ she studied, he/ she also contains information on how the art poetry should be. They have done some poetic evaluations about poet's poetry. This study, named "Politic Sultan and Princes in Poet Tezkires (collections of biographies)" is basically have parts in first part. There are given a short informations about poetica's explantion and poet tezkires (collections of biographies) wrritten in Türk literate in the two and third chapters that constitute the basis of the study, Sehî Bey's "Heşt-Bihişt", Latifî, "Tezkire-i Şuarâ", Ahdî's "Gülşen-i Şu'arâ", Âşık Çelebi's, "Meşâ'irü 'ş- suuarâ ", Beyânî's," Tezkire-i Şuarâ ", Riyâzî's," Riyâzü'ş-Şu'arâ ", Zehr-i Mâr-zâde Seyyid Mehmed Rızâ's," Tezkire-i Şuarâ ", the parts reserved fort he sultan and prince's were examined. By examining the evaluations made by the tezkire (Collection of Biographies) about the poems of the sultan and the princes, it was triedto give information about the art of these poeple. This study, and the Ottoman sultan and princes's, evaluations about poetry arts, will help to the persons who needs information abaut them.
