| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı mevcut eğitim sistemini eleştirel pedagoji perspektifinden öğretmen görüşlerine göre ele almak ve tartışmaya açmaktır. Nitel bir araştırma olan ve tarama modelinde tasarımlanan bu çalışma, veri toplama tekniklerinden, bireysel görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubuna maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen Eğitim Bir Sen üyesi 4, Eğitim Sen üyesi 3, Türk Eğitim Sen üyesi 3 ve herhangi bir eğitim sendikasına üye olmayan 5 öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 15 öğretmenin görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler Nvivo 10 yazılım programı yardımıyla içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, sendika değişkeni bağlamında öğretmenler arasında görüş ayrılıkları olsa da, öğretmenlerin genel olarak eğitim sisteminin, demokratiklik ve demokratikleşme, sosyal adaleti sağlama, tarafsızlığı sağlama ve ideolojiklikten kaçınma, özgür ve eleştirel bireyler yetiştirme ve toplumsal dönüşümü gerçekleştirme bağlamında çok da etkili olamadığını ifade ettikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, mevcut eğitim sisteminin ve okulların eleştirel pedagojinin öngördüğü çoğulcu, eleştirel, özgürleştirici, demokratik, adil, dönüştürücü rollerinden uzak olduğu söylenebilir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to identify what teachers think about the education system from the critical pedagogy perspective. This study which is a qualitative research and designed with survey method was carried out through the method of individual interview as a data collection technique. Data were collected through semi-structured interview forms. The study group was determined through maximum variety sampling method and 10 teachers who are members of different education unions and 5 (four) teachers who aren’t members of any education union working in Manisa were chosen and views of 15 teachers were received. Analyses of the data were made through content analysis techniques with the help of the Nvivo 10 software. As a result of the study, although there have been differences of opinions in the context of education union, teachers mostly agreed on the issue that the education system is away from being effective on such practices as being democratic, providing social justice, being objective and avoiding of being ideological, education of emancipated and critical individuals and transforming society. Therefore, we can assert that the current education system and schools are far away from the pluralistic, critical, emancipative, democratic, fair and transformative roles anticipated from critical pedagogy. .
