The nursing process was established by utilizing the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association-International, Taxonomy II, nursing diagnoses.Results. In the nursing process of the case, nursing diagnoses were included in the domains of health perception/health management pattern, nutritional/metabolic pattern, elimination pattern, activity/exercise pattern, sleep/rest pattern, cognitive/perceptual pattern, self-perception/self-concept pattern, roles/relationships pattern, coping/stress tolerance pattern, sexuality/reproductive pattern and values/beliefs pattern.
