| dc.description.abstract | Yirminci yüzyılın son çeyreği itibariyle ekonomi politikalarının hakim yüzü olan neoliberalizm ile birlikte, devletin ekonomideki rolü yeniden tartışma konusu haline gelmiştir. Bu tartışma, çeşitli gelişmeler ve görgül deliller çerçevesinde neoliberalizm içerisinde sürmüştür. Dolayısıyla, neoliberal küreselleşme dönemi olarak adlandırılabilecek süreçte, devletin rolü Washington ve Post-Washington Uzlaşmaları çerçevesinde tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, söz konusu uzlaşmalar çerçevesinde neoliberalizmde devletin rolü incelenecek olup, günümüz dünyasında yükselen devlet kapitalizmi uygulamalarını anlamak bağlamında bir arka plan oluşturulmaya çalışılacaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | As of the last quarter of the twentieth century, neoliberalism, the dominant face of the economy policies, has become an issue of debate about the role of the state in the economy. This debate is driven by neoliberalism within the framework of various developments and empirical evidences. Thus, the role of the state in the period of neoliberal globalization is defined in the framework of Washington Consensus and Post-Washington Consensus. In this work, the role of the state in neoliberalism will be examined in the context these consensus and a background will be tried to be understood in the context of understanding the rise of state capitalism in today’s world. | |
