dc.description.abstractDigitalization has become increasingly important in recent years for the development and sustainability of organizations. Digital maturity models represent a critical component for assessing the capabilities of businesses in the context of digital transformation (DT), with a view to identifying strategies that will enable them to achieve a competitive advantage. The primary objective of this study is to devise a digital maturity assessment model for businesses in the healthcare sector. The model will facilitate the formulation of future-oriented policies by assessing their capabilities in the DT process. DT is becoming essential for healthcare systems. The digital maturity assessment model will reveal the technical and administrative requirements for digital transformation in the health sector. In this context, this study suggests a spherical fuzzy integrated multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) framework that combines spherical fuzzy FUCOM and spherical fuzzy ARTASI approaches in order to achieve this goal. A sensitivity analysis is performed to validate the robustness and stability of the proposed integrated method.
