Özet
Bu çalışmada, Artvin yöresinde ayı, kurt ve yaban domuzunun tabii yayılış ortamlarında besin tercihi ve karnivor iki türün birbirleri ile olan çatışmaları araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, araziye tesadüfi dağıtılan deneme alanlarından toplanan dışkı örnekleri, "Eritip Süzme" tekniğiyle hazırlanarak, doku ve fragment (parça) analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında memeli sınıfının Carnivora takımından ayı (Ursus arctos) ve kurt (Canis lupus) ve Artiodactyla takımından yaban domuzu (Sus scrofa) türlerinin dışkılarından besin tercihleri belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırma Haziran 2018-Ocak 2021 tarihleri arasında Artvin ili Hatila Vadisi Milli Parkı, Camili Biyosfer Rezerv Alanı ve Ardanuç Aşağıırmaklar Mevkii'nde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, ayı, kurt ve yaban domuzu türlerine ait sırasıyla 1.658, 729 ve 1.643 adet dışkı örneğinin analizi yapılmıştır. Ayının besin tercihinin %49,23'ünün bitkisel besinlerden (otsu bitkiler, yabani meyveler), %50,77'sinin hayvansal besinlerden oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Kurdun besin tercihinin %2,1'ini bitkisel besinler oluştururken, %97,9'unu hayvansal besinler oluşturmaktadır. Yaban domuzunun besin tercihini ise sırasıyla %58 atıklar, %26 bitkisel ve %16 oranında hayvansal besinler oluşturmaktadır. Ayı ve kurdun ortak tükettiği yaban hayvanları Anova testi ile incelendiğinde her iki türün de sırasıyla yaban domuzu (%23,99), yaban keçisi (%13,29) ve çengel boynuzlu dağ keçisi (%10,60) ile beslendiği görülmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda ayı, kurt ve yaban domuzu türlerini tehdit eden başlıca etkenlerin habitat parçalanmaları, yaban hayatı-insan yakınlaşması (çatışması), çevre kirliliği ve bilinçsiz avcılığın olduğu ortaya koyulmuştur.
In this study, Artvin month in the region, wolves and food preferences in pigs, of course, spread the environment and carnivores were investigated in conflict with each other. For this purpose, stool samples collected from the trial areas randomly distributed to the field were prepared with the "Dissolve Filtering" technique, and tissue and fragment analyzes were carried out of brown bear (belonging to Carnivora order of mammal class Ursus arctos) and wolf (Canis lupus) and wild boar (belonging to Artiodactyla order were Sus scrofa) food preferences determined from feces. This research was carried out in Artvin Province Hatila Valley National Park, Camili Biosphere Reserve Area and Ardanuç Aşağıırmaklar Locality between June 2018 and January 2021. Analysis of 729 fecal samples of 1658 Wolf species and 1643 fecal samples of Wild Boar were obtained from brown bears. While it was determined that 49.23% of the brown bear's food preference consists of plant foods (herbaceous plants, wild fruits); It was recorded that 50,77 percent of it consists of animal foods. While plant foods make up 2.1% of the wolf's food preference, animal foods make up 97.9%, while in the wild boar, 58% waste, 26% vegetable and 16% animal foods are respectively. When the wild animals consumed by the bear and the wolf are examined with the Anova test, it is seen that both species are fed with wild boar (23.99%), wild goat (13.29%) and hook horn mountain goat (10.60%), respectively. As a result of the research, it has been revealed that the main factors threatening bear, wolf and wild boar species are habitat fragmentation, wildlife-human closeness (conflict), environmental pollution and unconscious hunting.
