Özet
Bu araştırmada, ideal Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi (DKAB) öğretmenininhangi özelliklere sahip olması gerektiği sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Buamaçla gençlerin ideal DKAB öğretmeni algıları incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanitel yaklaşıma göre tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 2015-2016eğitim öğretim yılında Artvin il merkezinde bulunan ortaokul ve liselerdeöğrenim gören 36 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Öğrencilerden görüşme yoluylaelde edilen veriler, içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Belirlenentemaların desteklenmesi için, bulguların sunumunda öğrencilerinifadelerine yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin ideal DKABöğretmeninin daha çok ahlaki ve kişisel özelliklerine vurgu yaptıklarıgörülmüştür. İdeal DKAB öğretmeninin diğer özelliklerinin; öğretmenlikyeterlikleri ve öğrencilerle iletişim ile ilgili olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
In this study, the question of what kind of qualifications an ideal Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge (DKAB) teacher should have according to youth have been examined. For this purpose, the perceptions of adolescent about DKAB teacher were examined. This study was designed based on a qualitative approach. The sample of the research consisted of 36 students who are studying in secondary and high school in Artvin city center during the 2015-2016 academic year. Data obtained by interviewing the students were analyzed by content analysis method. For the support of the specified themes, expressions of students were included in the presentation of the findings. The results of the study it was seen that the students mostly emphasize the moral and personal characteristics of the ideal DKAB teacher. It was observed that other characteristics of the ideal DKAB teacher are related to teaching competences and communication with students.
